The Love of the Father!

I am a PK- Preacher's Kid. I grew up in church all my life, I praise God for my upbringing, but I rejected God because I saw so much hypocrisy in church. It's not a good excuse now that I look back on it. The real issue was I learned how to do church, and I learned how to play the role but I never had a relationship with God.

I rebelled and turned to world. I found myself in sexual immorality. Sex was my drug of choice. Just like a crack head I did anything to have sex even when it meant compromising my identity. In Feb of 2002 I found out I was pregnant. After my daughter was born I slowed down for a while. After her father left, I got depressed and that lifestyle became my fall back. It was were I found comfort.But it did not last.

Hurt after Hurt and chasing my "baby daddy" wanting him to love me got old. I dealt with shame and guilt. This whole time I was living a totally different way by day. I was a college student, a dorm room RA, a leader on my campus and I was getting rewards for all my "great success". But the whole time I dying on the inside. ENOUGH was ENOUGH!

On September 23, 2003 I made up my mind to really give my life to Jesus. My daughter turned one years old that year. I vowed to God my body, my mind, and my heart. I took a vow of spiritual virginity. I asked God to restore me and to wash me of all my guilt and shame. I walked away from friends and I began to run after God with everything in me. I knew that the love I wanted could only come from the Father and the best dad for Mary would be Jesus.

But God’s plans are so much BIGGER. As I worked in the Kingdom and I set my eyes on the Father. I learned what real Love looked like. I learned what the word had to say about purity and righteousness. I made a vow that I would not date and I would wait until God sent me a Man of God. On September 26th, 2008 God said to me I will give you my love in the heart of Man that will love you as I love my church. He will show you the love that I have for you. I will give you a man that will be a father and Godly example for your daughter. I will give you a KING. On August 15th, 2009 God gave me my promise….. Ian “Joshua” Walker (who was a virgin!!!!!!!!!!)

It is nothing but the grace and mercy of God! The moment I released what I wanted to God and said nothing else matters if I don’t know you Lord … He released my blessing. God you are SOOOOOOO good.

I stand as a testimony of the Love of the Father! His love covers; His love washes; His love is fulfilling; His love never fails!

My desire is that Youth all over this nation will rise up and take a stand for Purity. My ministry is birthed from a place of restoration. I like to say that I am the Woman at the well! He filled my thirst with a greater Love. Then became the woman that poured her alabaster box at His feet! I gave him my all and His reward was greater than I could ever imagine.

That is why I host Purity Camps. On December 3rd, 2011 I will be hosting Purity Camp 2011 at the Furnace 309 Holman Drive in Garner, NC.

The theme this year is "RIOT - A Purity Revolution". Our youth are being pulled away from God by the temptations in the world. Purity Camp is a time to gather and encourage our youth to turn away from the world & keep their affections towards Jesus.

This event is for youth and young adults ages 15-25(College Students above 25-30 welcome). It will be a day full of deliverance and freedom for the youth involved.

I Signed Up to Die...Or Maybe Not?

For almost 300 hundred years, to be a Christian meant persecution, suffering, and often death. But now we get saved because we want our lives to be better. We think salvation means a new car, a new house, a husband, friends, or that all our troubles will end.

Almost 300 hundred years ago people signed up to die for Christ. The promise for their salvation was their head cut off, or them being stoned or hung.

I was thinking about this and I thought "Lord what did I sign up for?" Why do I call you my Lord and Savior? Is it because I want you do "great" things for me? Will I only stand for you and speak truth when everyone around me agrees with me?

In the times to come the "wheat" will be separated from the "tare". It will be evident who stands for Jesus and his ways and who stands for the enemy. (the lukewarm will be spit out)

Right now many Christians in America are comfortable with God because their needs are being supplied and no one is "head hunting" them. But times are approaching that the world will kill us for what we believe in. Our businesses will be shut down for what we believe. Pastors will be arrested and charged for preaching against homosexuality. We will be placed in jail and be on trial for the things we believe.

Who will stand during this time or who will back down.

Who will go to jail for standing against abortion and the homosexual agenda. Who will look in the face of real opposition and STAND for HOLINESS AND TRUTH.

Only time will tell why you Signed up to be a Christian.

Col 1: 10-14

The Parable of the Rich Fool
Luke 12:13-21
Someone in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”

Jesus replied, “Man, who appointed me a judge or an arbiter between you?” Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”

And he told them this parable: “The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest. 17 He thought to himself, ‘What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.’

“Then he said, ‘This is what I’ll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store my surplus grain. 19 And I’ll say to myself, “You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.”’

“But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?’

Time is just a gap in eternity.... Are you living for the gap or are you living for eternity. When we focus on the gap we place our trust in temporary things. We focus on "me and mine". We fit God into our schedule whenever it's convenient. Our praise is determined by how much stuff we have.

Do not live foolishly! Live for ETERNITY!

TRUST

Real trust is when you realize that you have no control!

We say that we trust God but when have we really released everything to God and left it there with Him to take care of it? Without faith it is impossible to please God!

Do you Trust GOD? How much did you try to control today?....

Matthew 6: 25-34
Do Not Worry 25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[e]?
28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Who will arise & take their place?

In Romans 8:19 it says "The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed."

The Earth is waiting for the sons and daughters of the Lord to arise and take their place.

We are in the beginning of the end time birth pains. Mark 13:7-8. "When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains."

It is important that we understand the hour that we are in. It is the last days and we as the body of Christ must stand and take our place in the earth. We are called to be salt and the light of the world.

It's time for the church to arise and get on the wall. We must watch and pray in this hour. Luke 12:35-37 “Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. Truly I tell you, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them."

It's time that we interpret the times. We are the servants and God is our master. He is returning to judge the way we handled all that he has entrusted us with!

It's a NOW TIME! Do not put off for tomorrow what you need to do today! "Therefore I urge you, brothers, in the view of God's mercy, to offer your body as living sacrifices, holy pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship."

Over the next weeks I will not be posting my words or my opinion on any matter. I will be simply posting the words of Jesus and I ask you to take a journey with me. Have we really embraced what Jesus said? After it's all said and done I want to line up with his words and his words alone.....

Luke 12 (The Message)

Can't Hide Behind a Religious Mask 1-3By this time the crowd, unwieldy and stepping on each other's toes, numbered into the thousands. But Jesus' primary concern was his disciples. He said to them, "Watch yourselves carefully so you don't get contaminated with Pharisee yeast, Pharisee phoniness. You can't keep your true self hidden forever; before long you'll be exposed. You can't hide behind a religious mask forever; sooner or later the mask will slip and your true face will be known. You can't whisper one thing in private and preach the opposite in public; the day's coming when those whispers will be repeated all over town.
4-5"I'm speaking to you as dear friends. Don't be bluffed into silence or insincerity by the threats of religious bullies. True, they can kill you, but then what can they do? There's nothing they can do to your soul, your core being. Save your fear for God, who holds your entire life—body and soul—in his hands.

6-7"What's the price of two or three pet canaries? Some loose change, right? But God never overlooks a single one. And he pays even greater attention to you, down to the last detail—even numbering the hairs on your head! So don't be intimidated by all this bully talk. You're worth more than a million canaries.

8-9"Stand up for me among the people you meet and the Son of Man will stand up for you before all God's angels. But if you pretend you don't know me, do you think I'll defend you before God's angels?

10"If you bad-mouth the Son of Man out of misunderstanding or ignorance, that can be overlooked. But if you're knowingly attacking God himself, taking aim at the Holy Spirit, that won't be overlooked.

11-12"When they drag you into their meeting places, or into police courts and before judges, don't worry about defending yourselves—what you'll say or how you'll say it. The right words will be there. The Holy Spirit will give you the right words when the time comes."

We have trusted SELF too LONG!

We sing the song I give myself away but it really has not manifested in our life.
I was listening to the message from John Mulinde at IHOP. It crazy because I am sitting here thinking I am not saved!

(Rev 3:1-3)These are the words of him who holds the seven spirits[b] of God and the seven stars. I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, BUT YOU ARE DEAD. 2 Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my God. 3 Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.

It is time for us to WAKE UP! It is time for us to BEAR FRUIT! It is time for us to really LET GO OF SELF.

If we are honest many in the body of Christ are living this life for the praises of man and we give God just enough to maintain our own comfortable life.
God is searching the HEART! Not your actions and you deeds. He wants your heart.

I am writing you from the place of no reputation right now! I am jacked up! I am telling you because when I look back over my walk and even right now my heart is wicked and my thoughts and imaginations are wicked. God is crying out for us to rid our hearts and not our garments.

Joel 12-13: “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.” 13 Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.

God is dealing with our ways and our human nature not just your actions. Many of our actions are because of the way that we think. It’s because we have convinced ourselves that God is just going to judge our actions but he knows our thoughts and our actions!

We are in a Saul moment. God is about to rip away our kingdom. That means the area of influence that we have. He is exposing the motives of the heart! We are more concerned about the people and not about the fear of the Lord. We are concerned about how the people see us. Our sin is not against man it is against God. We are doing things and ministering in human effort with self exaltation. It has nothing to do with God’s heart and God’s desire for us.

Jer 6:14: “They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious.”

We are bleeding. We are wounded with iniquity, strife, bitterness, jealously, doubt, compromise, unbelief, anger, hatred, fear, un-forgiveness, lust and perversion. We are wounded in our minds and because we may not be acting these things out we think that it is okay but our hearts are wicked.

While our deeds are appearing holy, our hearts are wicked. I cannot tell myself enough and I can say it enough. God is really not concerned with your works as much as he is concerned with your heart.

I do not know about you but I’m tired of playing the role. I tired of doing this within myself. My human efforts will not work anymore. I want to see God and I want to go to heaven. It’s not about the temporary pleasure of sin or temporary praise of man. It’s about God seeing holiness and righteousness in us.

It’s time for us all to WAKE UP! It’s time for us TO RID ourselves of SELF! Lord Help us!

To Be Known By God is To Be LOVED BY HIM!

When someone ask me why I go so hard, this spoken word tells everything I could ever say. The bottom line is He loved me when I could not love myself. He rescued me and still till this day... NO ONE CAN LOVE ME LIKE GOD DOES and I give my life to this thing. I don't thirst for temporary pleasures anymore!

FORGIVE so that you can be pushed into your RESURRECTION STATUS!

God wants to release a Third Day experience in your life but it’s about the position of your heart. Bitterness and Hatred Kills and it’s not the other person it’s YOU.

Over the past few months I have been tested in the area of unforgivness and bitterness. It’s easy to look at the people hurting me, mishandling me, and lying on me but reality is God is saying “I’m looking at your heart”.

In Matt 26:39 before Jesus is about to be persecuted he cries out to God.
vs. 39 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.”

Jesus Christ went to the Father 2 more times. In the end His heart cry was “NOT MY WILL BUT YOUR WILL BE DONE”. A lot of times when we are about to go to our cross we get bitter and try to avoid the cross. For the next few chapters you read on to see how Jesus went to cross peacefully forsaking all for you and me. Guess what, in the last words he said “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” (Luke 23:34)

Jesus walked in LOVE the entire time and he understood that what they were doing to him was just pushing Him to his PURPOSE and the PLAN that GOD had for Him! RESURRECTION!!!!! Luke 24:7 says “The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the 3rd day be raised again.”

When we are going through we have to understand that God has a THIRD DAY PLAN for our life. It will not be easy to the flesh to be persecuted, lied on, talked about, mistreated, and abuse but when your heart is right you can look in the face of your accuser and bless them and forgive them.

When you understand that this is not until death you will keep your heart pure and undefiled. You will reject to voice of the enemy telling you to fight back; telling you defend yourself; telling you hold on to hurt and unforgivness; telling you, you have to the right to be angry. IT’S ALL A LIE! It’s a set up to cause you to miss your destiny.

The blood of Jesus is crying. “Give mercy, forgive them, for they know not what they do,” Mercy triumphs over judgment (James 2:13) We don’t realize the subtle trap of the enemy. Satan wants us to demand justice then he will be legally entitled to bring into our lives all the reaping and punishment that we deserve.

Jesus through his death and resurrection showed us how to defeat our accusers and the enemy single handedly. Jesus rose on the third day and the Holy Spirit is saying now “you will rise above the words and pain of the enemy if you walk in love completely.” Right when the enemy is rejoicing over your defeat you will rise victorious.

You may be feeling entitled to hold on to the hurt and the pain. Believe me I have been laughing that God all week. I had a whole conversation with him stating my case to Him like Jesus did in the Garden. But His answer is still the same, “Pick your cross, my plan is greater!”

“Someone once told me that as a Christian I didn’t have rights anymore. This is absolutely true. The only rights we have are to be completely forgiven, to go to heaven when we die, to be a love slave to the Lord Jesus Christ and to rely completely on Him for everything.”

God is releasing the “Third Day Plan” “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” Luke 9:23

Have you ever noticed that in the Lord’s Prayer we pray “Forgive us our debt AS WE ALSO HAVE FORGIVEN our debtors.” Then it goes on to say “For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. BUT if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. (Matthew 6:12;14-15)

So do not miss you destiny because you trying to get justice. FORGIVE so that you can be pushed into your RESURRECTION STATUS!

Here are some prayer points that the Holy Spirit gave me:

From Romans 12:9-21

Lord let me be sincere. Let me hate what is evil and cling to what is good

Lord restore my zeal so I can keep my spiritual fervor

Give me the grace to be joyful in hope, patient is affliction, and faithful in prayer

Give me the grace to bless those who persecute me and give me the grace to bless them and not curse

Help me not to be proud but let me willing to associate with people of low position

I will not be conceited

Give me the grace to not repay anyone evil for evil

Let me do everything in my power to live at peace with everyone

I will not seek revenge, but I will leave room for God’s wrath for it is written “It is mine to avenge, I will repay” say the Lord

ARISE Generation!

I posted this blog before but this is truly a cry NOW. 2011 is the year that a generation of young people will come out of the pit of darkness, come out of religion and tradition and really rise up and serve GOD for real!

God is Raising up a GENERATION now! God is raising up blazing ones.

Matthew 24:12-13 states that "And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who ENDURES to the end shall be saved"

Has your heart grew cold with religion and sin? Have you become so comfortable in your sin and lawlessness that you no longer house the love of God. Have you been so comfortable going back to the vomit of sin and yet calling yourself a Christian. ALERT! Your heart is growing COLD!

When I think of a cold heart, I think of DEATH! The wages of sin is death. Some people are the walking dead and just wearing a toe tag that label them a Christian. God is not mocked and He is a man that can not lie! He is coming back for those that endure. He is coming back for those that are on FIRE with his LOVE! ARISE DRY BONES and live.

Can these dead and cold bones (hearts) live. The Spirit of the Lord says YES! ARISE!

ARISE generation with GUTS to stand against the persecution, lies, rebellion, and torment. No matter where the torment is coming from, (friends, families, or enemies) the Lord is answering with a great thunder from heaven and He is overturning some stuff. He is shaking the rebellion in the land and what is righteous will be left standing.

SO I release a CRY to the generation to ARISE! DRY BONES & LIVE! Jer 1:17- Therefore prepare yourself and ARISE and speak to them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed before their faces, Lest I dismay you before them... vs. 10 - See, I have set you over the nations and over the kingdom, TO root out and TO pull down, TO destroy and TO throw down, TO build and TO plant.

Testimony of Ex- Homosexual

My prayer is that more people in the church will speak out and share their testimony because the young people need to know that JESUS saves! Below is a link to a testimony about a young lady who was in the lifestyle of homosexuality. This is in response to someone asking me to show people how to get out of the lifestyle of Homosexuality.

Jesus Christ is here for anyone struggling with ANY SIN! He wants you to come and lay your sin at His feet. No one is perfect but we are forgiven! No matter what the sin is, Jesus is standing there with open arms saying let me show you the way and the truth. Again God loves YOU but He HATES SIN NO MATTER WHAT THE SIN IS. I do not believe in attacking people in this lifestyle I believe in telling you God has a better plan for your life. God cares about you and he wants you to know that His Love = FREEDOM from ALL SINS.

The Truth about Grace

On my last blog about Elton John and David Furnish (his partner)someone posted:
"Don't you think u r little bit hard? God is love and he understand that these men need each other. The word say his grace is sufficient so that means all they need is his sufficient grace to help them. he has forgiven them.

The Truth about GRACE! Roman 5 Paul taught that "where sin increased, grace abounded all the more" (vs 20)
but he quickly went on to say that this is no incentive to careless living: What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace might increase? MAY IT NEVER BE! How shall we who died to sin still live in it? (Romans 6:1-2)

1 Pet 2:6 Live as FREE men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God.

GRACE= a NEW LIFE Old things and it's evil desires are passed away- (Homosexuality IS A SIN. It is a EVIL DESIRE!)

Romans 6:13 Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as a instrument of righteousness. vs 14 For sin shall no longer be your master, BECAUSE you are not under the law, but under grace.

So to answer this person's question. NO I am not being hard, I am speaking truth! God will forgive them if they repent and Repentance means to TURN AWAY. God's Grace is sufficient for those fighting to stay free from Sin not any of us that will continue in sin.

DO NOT MISHANDLE GRACE. And just in case you think I am casting a stone. READ the story again. John 8:2-11. The last word of JESUS vs 11 "Then neither do I condemn you", Jesus declared. " GO NOW AND LEAVE YOUR LIFE OF SIN" After Jesus shows us grace, he also expects us to walk out of the sin when he forgives us of.

Again like I posted in my last blog, NO SIN IS GREATER THAN THE OTHER! What these men need and anyone trapped in sin needs is JESUS! The LOVE OF JESUS IS TO SET US FREE FROM A LIFE OF SIN!

Okay my brothers and sisters! Will you stand for something! The enemy is making a mockery of the Christian Faith and GOD! Period... We are not called to be GOOD people we are called to be RIGHTEOUS. Joel Osteen had a great platform to stand on in his interview with Piers. He allowed the spirit of the world to literally PUNK HIM!

Come On CHURCH we better start standing for something or we are going to FALL for ANYTHING.

This is unacceptable! Yes God loves the person but he HATES SIN! The photo that you see on this blog is on the cover of magazines in our grocery stores! Our children will grow up in a world where this is the norm. WE better start taking a stand without apology!

It's situations like this that will determine who is on the narrow road or the wide road! "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and MANY enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a FEW FIND IT." Matt 7:13-14

The Church has watered down the gospel. Jesus did not preach a message to build you up to be a better you! He said "Whoever doesn't take up his cross and follow me doesn't deserve to be my disciple." (Matt 10:38) Then he said "The person who tries to preserve his life will LOSE IT, but the person who loses his life for me WILL PRESERVE it. (Mark 12:30)

So why is the church preaching this "All about ME and ME being GOOD PERSON..you know JESUS LOVES ME JUST THE WAY I AM." I really want to stop the press and say IT'S NOT ABOUT Jesus LOVE FOR YOU! THE QUESTION IS "DO YOU LOVE HIM?" Not the Love the world understands, but the love his word commands. IF YOU LOVE ME YOU WILL KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS!

So I ask, "WILL THE REAL CHURCH PLEASE STAND UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Don't love the world and what it offers. Those who love the world don't have the Father's love in them. 1 John 2:15

Homosexuality is a sin (yes it's no bigger than any other sin) It is the spirit of the age! It's like all other sin. The father of lies, Satan, has deceived our nation to believe that this is a act of nature and you were born this way. We are all born into sin and we must be born again. This is a sexual sin and Romans 1:24-27 sates "Therefore God gave them over to the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the DEGRADING of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the TRUTH of GOD for a LIE, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator (your house, your car, your career, all those things are created things or opportunities that the Lord gave you).....Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the man also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion."

Anyone in the sin of Homosexuality must first REPENT for the SIN of Sexual immorality. Recognize that their body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and therefore they must FLEE from immorality. (1 Cor 6:18-2)(Eph 5:11-21)

Realize that LOVE OF GOD FORGIVES THEM not Tolerates sin. (1 Cor 6:9-11) (Micah 7:18-19)

And by the power of God they can lay down that sin and change (not to be a better person but to be a person holiness and righteousness). (2 Cor 5:17) (John 8:36) (1 cor 10:13)

Then they have to build themselves up in the word of God and understand that the flesh is always weak but the spirit of God living inside of them is willing! (Gal 5:16) (Ps 141:4) (Rom 6:6,11-14,19)

God has called us to FLEE the evil desire of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

So my prayer is that the church will begin to speak boldly against the deception of the enemy. That we will speak with Love but speak TRUTH. We have to stop trying to be politically correct and be biblical correct.

Go Hard or GO HOME... After all, God's saving kindness has appeared for the benefit of ALL PEOPLE. It trains us to avoid ungodly lives filled with worldly desires so that we can live self-controlled, moral, and godly lives in this present world. (Titus 2:11-12)

It's Time For A Sober Awakening!

Christian life is often presented to us as all the benefits that God came to give us. Instead of calling us to deny ourselves Jesus is mainly presented to us as the one who offers – physical gratification, greed and extravagant lifestyles-.

We have been guilty of believing that God exist for us rather of us existing for Him. The gifts that God gives us- forgiveness of sin, increase in our finances, good marriages, healing in our body, revival, “feeling” the anointing, etc.- are to lead us into the exaltation of the Giver.

We have been guilty of serving God based on what He can do for us.
Philippians 3:7-9 (GOD’S WORD Translation) 7These things that I once considered valuable, I now consider worthless for Christ. 8It’s far more than that! I consider everything else worthless because I’m much better off knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. It’s because of him that I think of everything as worthless. I threw it all away in order to gain Christ 9and to have a relationship with him. This means that I didn’t receive God’s approval by obeying his laws. The opposite is true! I have God’s approval through faith in Christ. This is the approval that comes from God and is based on faith.

It’s time for the church to sober up and see that we have been bewitched to believe that God is just our sugar daddy! It’s time to stop serving a selfless God with our selfish behaviors!

Are you prayers full of request and not full of adoration of the Most High King?
Are you easily moved with compassion and love towards others (outside of your family)?
Are you giving or are you always looking to for what you can get or gain?
Do you serve God at your convenience?
Do you praise God only when you “feel” Him?
Are you willing forsake all for the sake of Christ: Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, wife, or child even your own life

Answering the Call to Simply BELIEVE

Earlier this year Pastor Sherry announced that Bla-zen would be teaming up with DG4Life (out of California) to go on a mission trip to South Africa. I was excited because this would be my second time going and this time it was 11 of us including my husband Joshua. From March 2010- October 2010 I saw God move in a tremendous way.

As you read this, I want you to think about the things that God has called you do. What desires and dreams do you have? God desires for us to go into all the world to spread His Gospel and this is a testimony of God's hand releasing:

As the team began our fundraisers, we had to pay $1500 to DG4 LIFE and $2300 for our plane tickets. Pastor Sherry gave us instruction after instruction and would not let us settle for less. When God calls you to do something, the only thing keeping you from being the person who does it and the person who does not is this: either you DO SOMETHING OR YOU DO NOTHING! This Mission trip thought me how to believe God and how to really live a life of TRUSTING GOD.

God asked me why are we (His body) so full of unbelief? After all the excuses the bottom line is we walk in unbelief because we really do not know Jesus. We talk with our lips but not with our hearts. A heart of unbelief is wavered between two opinions. For us as a team, we were either going to believe God or Not.

For this mission trip I saw God move like never before in my life financially. In the first two weeks of Fundraising I had a couple bless me with my entire $500 deposit. Then within the next month donations came in from friends and family and my entire $1500 to DG4LIFE was paid in full.

You would have thought that I would not ever doubt God right. WRONG. When it came time to raise the $2300 for my plane ticket I found myself struggling with that heart of unbelief again. Like peter I was walking on water and then I took my eyes off of Jesus and looked at the circumstances. (Matt 14:22-35) I looked at the " I can'ts".. "that's too much"... "no one will help me".. "maybe I will not make it"...etc. But God spoke so profoundly to me and said "Am I God?"

Within the next three months donations flooded and then they stopped. Me and husband were still looking at raising money for the trip and making sure the house was cared for. (God is a God of order). God really blew our minds. God had two people one we know and one that we had never met before walk up us and place rent money in our hands. Literally one person said "As you are about your Father's business he is about your business." We did not worry too much we were just going to take out a loan. Again God asked me "Am I GOD?" My family received blessings, unexpected checks, unexpected refunds and favor! Not only did we pay off South Africa but we were able to pay all of our bills up to Feb 2011 in November and we paid off several debts that we had. BUT GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I enter into 2011 God is challenging me to move forward and not look backward. It was so funny because I keep going to my mail box looking for bills. My daughter said mommy why do we not have mail. The Holy Spirit stopped me and I looked at her and said because our bills are paid. So I ask you today ,"Is Jesus not Lord?" Many Times God calls us to walk out the destiny that he set before us and we struggle with doubt and unbelief. Sometimes we play the religious "name it and claim it" game. God is saying, not only believe that I am God but also put your faith into action!

God wants to do a new thing in the body of Christ in the area of INCREASE. He is reversing that Money Cometh to Me for Me mentality and is releasing Money is coming to Me to get Through me to advance his Kingdom. Us being debt free is not for us to boast and take trip after trip to gratify our flesh. It's for us to take the money and give back to the Kingdom. God is not releasing INCREASE for us to buy bigger houses and bigger cars so people can look at us and see our wealth. He's releasing INCREASE so that we can build up His Kingdom!

Believe me I want a nice home and nice car because those are benefits of being a King's Kid but my house and my car are just tools for the Kingdom to be advanced. Rather it be hosting small groups at my house or allowing college students to rest in our home while they are on break, it does not matter because it's God's house. He allowed us to inhabit it while we are here on the earth.

Let's step into INCREASE with a NEW MINDSET THIS YEAR! FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD! God is faithful. The team of 11 people went to South Africa but not only did our lives change, God took us on a journey called "TRUSTING GOD 101". We had to trust God for the impossible to be made possible.

I thank all of my supporter and I praise God for showing me what LOVE looks like through the eyes of the children in South Africa.

So I encourage everyone to step out of boat this year. Allow God to be God in your life. DO SOMETHING this year. Stop saying you have a vision. WALK the VISION out! If God gave it to you, he will supply ever need according to His riches in heaven . This is truly a two year reign of INCREASE in the body of Christ. Not just in the area of money but in ever area of your life!

Where is the house that YOU will build for the LORD?

Happy New Year! Wow 2011 is here. God has truly been faithful.

When we reflect back over 2010 many people have already set new resolutions for 2011. Well I have a question.

Will you build a house for the Lord to dwell in this year?

When we are done setting goals for businesses, losing weight, getting married, reading the bible from Genesis to Revelation, etc. The Lord is asking “will you build a house that I can dwell in this year”?

Is 66:1 “This is what the Lord says: Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be?” God is looking for a people that will build a resting place for Him to dwell him.

The house, the resting place he is looking for is YOU. 1 Pet 2:4 “As you come to him, a living stone-rejected by men but chosen by God and precious to him- you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.” Will you prepare yourself as workman approved by the Lord this year? When we get finished making all these selfish declarations and resolutions will the Lord be more glorified or will we waste this year building ourselves up? (Philippians 2: 3)

God is looking for prepared vessels to use. We are in the last days and we are already seeing the beginnings of many falling away from the word of God. We are about to enter a time of Great Falling away. (2 Thessalonians 2: 1-4). The question you need to be asking is Am I willing to waste my life for a higher calling than earthly gain. What profits a man to gain the entire world yet loose his soul?

Let’s build a house (a vessel) that the Lord may dwell in. What house is the Lord looking for? Read Matt 5-7, the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus says “therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and put them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the ROCK.”

So I ask again, where is the house that you will build for the Lord?

Think BIGGER than you... What you going to do with 2011

This is the time of the year when everyone is starting to make plans for 2011.

They are thinking about VISION. It’s a time were we are reflecting back over this year and saying what have we done with the gifts and talents that the Lord has given us? What have we done to bless others around us? What have we done to let someone know about Jesus? What have we done to advance the Kingdom of God right here in the earth? What have we done to change a generation? What have we done that really will last? What have we invested our time into and what has the return been?

2 Timothy 4:7-9 (Amplified)
I have fought the good (worthy, honorable, and noble) fight, I have finished the race, I have kept (firmly held) the faith. [As to what remains] henceforth there is laid up for me the [victor’s] crown of righteousness [for being right with God and doing right], which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me and recompense me on that [great] day—and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved and yearned for and welcomed His appearing (His return).

Say it with me “Only What I do for Christ will last!” God is looking for a generation to rise up and walk out the plans and purpose He set before them. God has a desired target that He intends for us to hit (Jer 29:11).

The only thing keeping you from hitting that target is yourself. You do not want to get to God FULL of dreams and FULL of Vision. You want to live a poured out life. Do not waste you life doing nothing. Waste you life wasting your life out for Christ.

In the “parable of the talents” (Matt 25:14-19) we get an idea of what God expects us to do here on the earth. All of us have been giving gifts and talents. It’s not how talented or not talented you are but it’s about what are you doing with what God has entrusted you with. Will God speak to you and say “well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things….Come share your master’s happiness!” Or will you hear “You wicked, lazy servant!”

Young and Old, it’s time to rule and walk in dominion NOW!

The book of proverbs tells us to take a lesson from the Ant (Prov. 6:6-11). In the message version it says, “You lazy fool, look at an ant…let it teach you a thing or two.” It’s time that we activate the gifts and talents that the Lord has entrusted to us.

Activate you dreams and visions. STOP BEING LAZY and MAKING EXCUSES and let’s do it in 2011. Think BIGGER than you. REMEMBER only what you do for Christ will last. When your life is ending, what will you regret not doing, seeing, or achieving? WRITE THE VISION AND MAKE IT PLAIN! Seek God and the counsel of the wise and do what God has called you to do.

Keep in mind true visions and dreams from God are never selfish. If your vision does not result in blessing others and others coming to Christ then it’s not from God. Also be willing to lay down what you think is a good idea for a GOD IDEA! (Ps 119:1) (Prov 14:12) (Ps 119:133) (Prov 14:15)

All creation is waiting for the true Sons and Daughters to stand up and take their rightful place and Heaven is waiting to back you up!!!!! Do it and do it BIG in 2011! For the GLORY OF THE LORD AND HIS GLORY ALONE!

The power of knowing!

Knowing what? Knowing that you have been predestined by Abba Father himself.
Okay this blog has been on my heart for two weeks and I finally have the words to type.

Okay… About two week ago my back break light was out on my car. When I went to slow down the car behind me would not know I was stopped or slowing down. I had some near accidents. So, I went and got the light fixed. The next day my single light on that same side went out. I would have to turn on my caution lights to turn right because I did not have a back right turn signal. So I went and got it fixed. Then I was driving from South Carolina on last Saturday night. It was dark and the back roads did not have any street lights. I could not see in front of me. So I kept turning on my bright lights. I was getting mad because I could see. Well what I did not know was that one of my front headlights was out. So…. I went and got it fixed.

Now what does this have to do with anything? Now when I am driving people know when I am slowing down, when I turning. I am confident in changing lanes now because I am able to warn people that I am changing lanes because my signal light works. At night time I can see and other drivers can see me. The power of knowing keeps me from wrecking my car or killing myself or worst killing someone else!!!

So because I am all spiritual and stuff….LOL, I started thinking about how important signals are. It is impossible to drive around and avoid accidents if your lights on your car are not working. It is just as importance for my lights on my car to work as it is for us to know that God predestined us. It is almost impossible for us to go on living with purpose if we do not understand where God has called us to go. The power of knowing your purpose is that it will keep you from wrecking your life.
You are the vehicle that God wants to use to fulfill His purpose in the earth realm. He wants you to carry his word, his love and his heart.

Light check- “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.” Matt 5:14

Vision Check- 2-3And then God answered: "Write this. Write what you see. Write it out in big block letters so that it can be read on the run. This vision-message is a witness pointing to what's coming. (Mess Hab 2:2-3)

Break check- 9 “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Luke 11:9

License check- 30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

The power of Knowing- You are the light of the world. Write your vision and make it plain, stop living blinded and just allowing life to happen to you. Stop and Ask the lord for direction. And know that he going to direct you because he wants you to reach the destiny He has for you.

Hate the World and Love GOD!

I’m sick and tired of young people (and old) dying while sitting right in the “church”. It is time for a generation of true believers to ARISE and SHINE!

Lukewarm Christianity has become the norm NOW. Our young people and the old alike attend “church” every Sunday like it’s just another social event and leave the “church” the same way they came in. I am releasing a cry for the REAL Believers to please stand up.

Believe me it’s not an issue of the Father loving you but I ask you this, “Do You REALLY LOVE HIM?” Don’t be so fast to answer this question with a yes. Let’s look at the Facts:

1 John 2:15-17- Do not love the world, nor the things of the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. And the world is passing away, and also its lust; but the one who does the will of God abides forever.

What is your inner longing? Why do you go to church Sunday after Sunday, Prayer Meeting after Prayer Meeting, Crusade after Crusade, Youth Camp after Youth Camp but nothing has changed? Reality check, you do not really love God and you do not have a revelation of who Jesus is. I can say this because I’ve been there done that. I find myself even now saying God forgive me for getting so caught up in “church” sometimes that I miss serving you. The reason you find yourself playing the “church” game is because you do not believe that God’s way is better. You do not believe that His love is better than the love (lust) for another human being. You have not realized He did not die for you to go to “church”. He died so that you could become the church! He died so that you would not have to settle for less. You are a living sanctuary! You should come to” church” or a gathering place to draw strength from other believers to go right back out and be a light to a lost and dying world. But you come to church and worship God with your lips and your heart is far from Him (Matt 15:8-9). You serve your own gods and live in accordance to customs of the world (2 Kings 17:33). STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT!

The word of God says be HOT or COLD! DO NOT KEEP PLAYING WITH GOD BECAUSE IT IS WORST TO CLAIM TO KNOW GOD BUT GET TO HIM AND HE SAY I NEVER KNEW YOU! Choose today who you will serve. Will it be the gods of the age or will it be the ROCK of All Ages? Will it be JESUS?

PLEASE!Come out from among the world and her temporary pleasures. They lead to DEATH! And the worst death is to be among the walking dead and you do it all in the name of Jesus. Repent today for the Kingdom of God is at Hand. Young people ARISE and RECEIVE the gift of salvation. Not because of what you think you can get but because you realize that God loved you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO that He sent His Son to die so that you may live! It’s not enough to just go to “church”. It’s time to ARISE AND SHINE and be the church!!!! Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you (James 4:7)

A Letter of Hope

Dear Child,

I want you to know how much I, God your Father, love you… you who love my Son and are indwelled with my Holy Spirit. You are so special to me!

There is no condemnation for you! Ever! If you think about it all, what in the world can separate us from each other? Shall troubles, distress, or persecution? Of course not! How about famine, nakedness, or danger? No! In everything, I will stand by you, and together we will overwhelmingly conquer all trials.

I want you to have great confidence. Be assured! Neither death or life, angels or demons, anything that has happened in the past or will happen in the future can ever separate us. Think of it this way- my love is higher, lower and stronger than anything I have ever created. Remember the words of my son, Jesus, when he said, “I will be with you always, even to the end of age.” That is a long time! And he meant what he said. I will never leave you or forsake you – believe it!

Remember my love for you is free, with no strings attached.

So never forget: I made you! The Supreme Artist designed you and shaped you, my finest masterpiece. So from now on, walk confidently in this knowledge, in the steps I set aside for you since the beginning of time. Steps only you can walk. I will give you strength to walk in a manner worthy of my love. A lifetime of good works is waiting!

The foolish thing that God made wise!

Let’s take a moment and just think back over our lives….. What were you doing last year this time? What were you doing two years ago this time? Now, go all the way back to before you came into the knowledge of who Jesus is. For some of us, we need to think about the times we thought we knew God but we lived hypocritical lives.

1 Cor 1:26-28- Brothers, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. BUT GOD chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things- and the things that are not- to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him….. Therefore, as it is written: “Let him who boasts boast in the Lord”

I do not know about you but I was foolish, lowly, and despised but by the power of Jesus Christ I have been made a NEW CREATION! So I encourage you to know that you are the one that God called and the one that God is going to use in these last days to show His Power. Verse 18 lets me know that we are not saved yet. We are being saved by the power of the cross every day. We have to make a decision to embrace the cross every day. Embrace the love of loving God who sent His one and only son to die for the foolish, the lowly, the despised, & the weak. Endure my friend and realize that you are being saved every day. Every day that you see your weakness, your foolishness, or your lowliness but you embrace that greater is He that is in you than he in the world, YOU ARE BEING SAVED MORE AND MORE. Remember Our God is not like Man. The race is not given to swift nor the strong but to the one who endures to the end! Be faithful to your calling and know that He that has begun a good work in you is faithful enough to complete it!

Purity Camp August 21st!

" I believe it is possible for us to have a right heart for God and yet to have things all wrong in our heads. And with a wrong head, we may very well live in complete defeat and lose ground in the Kingdom of God." from Paula White book- He Loves Me!

Those words jumped off the page right into my face today! How many of us have a heart to serve the Father? We really desire to walk away from the things and the relationships that are destroying our connection to the Father, but we keep finding ourselves back in the same situations, in the same types of relationships, going through the same old cycles.

God told me "Tiffany it's the way you see things, see people, see situations and see yourself. It's the way you THINK!"

I hear people say it all the time.. "Think before you speak".. "What were you thinking".. "Did you honestly think that was okay?"... "Did you honestly think it would not happen to you?" and the list goes on. If we really answered those questions honestly, YES we thought we could get away with "murder". YES we all have at one point thought that "it" would not happen to me. Why? Because our thinking is based off of the wrong motives.

We need to get a new way of thinking and that is why I am reaching out to the young girls in our community. On August 21st, Youth with GUTS will host our first Purity Camp:"Girl Talk- Purity is still cool". God intended for us live a victorious life full of laughter (happiness). Life will not always be perfect but we laugh at the good and the bad when our mindset is in the right place. This Day will be full of workshops and events that help to transform our minds according to the Word of God.

By the end of day I pray that every young lady walks away knowing the Love of Jesus. They will leave equipped with the knowledge that God's plan for their life is greater than anything the world could ever offer!

Releasing the Passion in my LIFE!

It started last weekend. God reminded me that GUTS was His ministry. God has given me the passion to want to see young girls set free! Well I had boxed God into MY Ministry. This weekend God asked “okay what did I ask you to do?” I answered like I always do "to minister to young girls and tell them that they do have to settle for less." The Holy Spirit said –“When are you going to start doing that?”

I was confused, but this morning at 4:30am I woke up and the Holy Spirit had me to pray and look at this DVD I purchased "Sex Still has a Price Tag". Conviction fell in my prayer room. But anytime conviction comes change must follow or it's not really conviction. I started seeing my daughter who is 7. The worst thing that could happen is for my daughter to see me minister to girls 16 and up and she never realizes that her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit at 7. Something had to change!

God is doing something new in this season. We have to stop putting God in our box and trying to make him fit into our ministry. When God gives you a passion you must release that passion back to him! You have to say God this gift, this talent, this vision that you have given to me what is your full plan for it?

Something has to change! We have to Move with God not God moving with us! This morning my vision for GUTS expanded. The word clearly tells us that our thoughts are not the Father thoughts and eyes have not seen nor ears have heard the thoughts and plans that the Father has for our life. So ask the Holy Spirit to expand your passion. Ask Him to expand your vision. Whatever ministry you have or whatever gift you have, you must be willing to give it to God and allow Him to give you everything you need!

DREAM BIGGER! SEE BIGGER THINGS! DESIRE MORE! HUNGER MORE AFTER THE FATHER AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS! ALLOW GOD TO MOVE INTO YOUR VISION SO YOUR VISION CAN COME TO PAST!

What is your calling? Release the Passion that the Father has given you to Him and allow it to change a Generation for His GLORY!

There is much more Required!

Many times we ask God to use us and He says YES let me process you.

I was reminded this week “Tiffany there is much more required”. I have been praying to the Father “Lord I do not want you to take me where my character can not keep me.”

When you pray for something from your heart the Lord will do just that! He is telling us “I have much to release to you and I have much to break in you!”

He has a great plan and guess what, His plan is perfect. The Lord declares “For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” (Jer 29:11 NIV)

At the same time he says “If anyone would come after me, he must DENY himself and take up HIS CROSS DAILY and follow me” (Luke 9:23 NIV)

He is saying I have a plan but I have a requirement too. We must DENY ourselves and bear our cross DAILY. It is a decision that we have to make daily to answer the call and allow Him to process us so we can walk out the call.

The Requirement is surrender! The Requirement is humility! The Requirement is quick repentance! The Requirement is quick forgiveness! The Requirement is being slow to speak and quick to hear! The Requirement is a word life! The Requirement is prayer in the secret place! The Requirement is fasting! The Requirement is giving! The Requirement is keeping your heart in a place of gratitude! The requirement is knowing that everyone is not for you! The requirement is knowing you will be misunderstood! The Requirement is love! The Requirement is knowing that God is not like man and you must know that He really enjoys you!

The Requirement is knowing that it was for freedom that Christ set us free. We have to receive that freedom and stand firm in our calling. We must refuse to be burdened again by yoke and bondage of the sin. We are a new creation and the old has gone. We are clay in the potter’s hand.

God is jealous for us! We are the work of His hand and we can not tell the potter what to do with His clay!

Cry out with me! "Do what you need to do so I do what you need me to do!"

In a Place called REFUGE!

"Here I am to worship" is the song that is ringing in my spirit today.

On yesterday I know the hand of God was upon me and my family. As I sat here today the Holy Spirit began to speak to me about a place of refuge. On yesterday morning we were hit from behind by a Lexis SUV that was hit by a another SUV. The impact damaged the truck but we walk away with bruises and pain....BUT ALIVE!

As I was thinking about what happened, the Holy Spirit said "you're in a place of refuge." I had just read about this in the book by Bob Sorge Secrets of the Secret Place.

The book explains that Ps 91 says "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty ". But then when you go down to vs 3 it talks about the being snared by the Fowler and being caught by perilous pestilence. Bob Sorge points out in his writings "The fact that God delivers us from those things does not negate the reality of the pain we experience when we are initially caught in their grip"

The Holy Spirit brought this reading back to me today as I reflected on yesterday. Sometimes the enemy will come in and attack you when you least expect him to. We were sitting at a stop light talking and speaking on the goodness of the Lord when BANG! bodies went forward... Mary crying... Mother hurting... Husband in shock with his glasses flying off his face and into his lap...TIME SEEMED TO STOP at that moment.

In our spiritual walk with the Father we may be on the way to our destiny and BANG! But when you are in that place of refuge under the Father's care what should have pushed you into death, moves you but you bounce back. There may be some pain from the impact but you are still alive and ready to keep moving on to what the Father has for you.

The enemy is out for keeps but our protection in found in the care of our Father. Our protection in found in our place of Refuge. Abide today under the shadow of the Almighty. Life may hit you hard but the Lord is with you and He is saying YES when the Enemy in saying no.

Our GOD IS GREATER! Thank you Daddy!

Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand!

NIV 2- Timothy 2:19
"Nevertheless, God's solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: "the Lord knows those who are his" and Everyone who confess the Name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness."

If you meditate on this scripture, it is saying those who confess in the Name of the Lord will turn away from their wicked ways. When we turn away from our wicked ways and turn the Father he recognizes us as His own.

How do we turn from our wicked ways? We must be a people of Prayer, of Fasting, and of the Word. Prayer keeps our connection with the Father alive. Fasting helps to kill the flesh and makes us sensitive to the voice of the Father and the Word is a lamp to our feet.

God is calling for vessel that will have a solid foundation. Vessel of Honor that will abide in Him. He is looking for those that will turn from the wickedness of the world and turn to Him.

But is a great house there are not only vessel of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. Therefore if a man cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. (2 Tim 20-21)

Repentance! Repentance is our opportunity to turn from things that have been hindering love , and as such, repentance becomes the catalyst for a greater and more profound intimacy with the Father (Bob Sorge- Secrets of the Secret Place)

I want to be in a intimate relationship with the Father. I want Him to call me His very own! And when we repent and turn we will be vessels of honor for noble use in the Kingdom.

Our Prayer today: "Lord thank You for Your grace and mercy. Thank You that Your Son, Jesus, died so that we could be forgiven for our sin. Today Lord I ask for forgiveness for the things in my life hindering love, righteousness and holiness. Lord I desire to be a vessel of honor. I desire to be a instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful for You and prepared for everything that You would have me to do in the earth today. Remove the wickedness in my nature that discolors the fabric of my thoughts, motives, feelings, responses and desire. Show me all the areas of sin in my life like pride, rebellion, unbelief, envy, selfishness, ambition and covetousness. Here I am Lord! I am in need of your touch!I will not relent until you have all of me!"

The Reality is that you must take off the old man
The Reality is that sin has no hold you. It's power depends on you.
The Reality is that Jesus Christ already defeated the enemy and the enemy has no power
The Reality is that you must keep your mind on the Father and then He will keep you in perfect peace
The Reality is that He loves you but He hates your sin
The Reality is that it's His grace keeping you because the word states that the wages of sin is death
The Reality is that if you are reading this blog then you are not dead so God's grace and mercy is active in your life
The Reality is that He created you for His glory and His glory alone
The Reality is that we can know about him but you must KNOW HIM
The Reality is that He wants you to know Him
The Reality is that He wants you to serve Him
The Reality is that He is not like man
The Reality is that He is standing there waiting for you to come to Him
The Reality is that Faith without works is dead!

So check you reality and see if you really are giving Jesus Christ all He deserves from you:

I'm Desperate!

What do you want and how bad do you want it! God is releasing according to your desperation!

When you are are desperate for God nothing or no one else matters to you. You are willing to walk away from some friends. You are willing to waste your life for the sake of Christ. You are willing to submit to authority. You willing to cry and scream until you get you a break through.

The Father is waiting to see if you want a quick fix or are you really desperate for a CHANGE!

What do you want? What are willing to do? What are you willing to give up? Who are you willing to give up? Who are you willing to connect with?

This is the cry of man that said I WANT GOD MORE!

David's cry in Ps 51: "Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.... Cleanse me with hyssop and I will be cleanse; wash me and I will be whiter than snow.... create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. RESTORE to me the joy of Your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me."

It's a cry of desperation that the Father is after. Will you lift your voice and say Lord have mercy for I have sinned against you and you alone! Wash Me Lord. Cleanse me Lord! RESTORE me back to that place were I knew You! To that place where I knew You were good Father and You did not have to prove Yourself to me! Lord let me see the benefits in being Your child. RESTORE my joy in Your salvation. I want the joy of the Lord that is my strength when my flesh is weak. LORD I NEED YOU AND IF YOU DO NOT DO IT WILL NOT BE DONE!

How desperate are you! Get down and dirty and give your heart's cry to the Father and watch Him move in your life. Watch your life change for the better. See how when you are tested and tried your praise will remain the same because you have had a revelation that it's already worth it!

Sin is the Rape of God's Mercy

I was awakened last night and again this morning at 1:30am. Last night I kept hearing Romans 12.

Roman 12:1-2 Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your body as living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God- this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is- His good, pleasing and perfect will.

"Sin is the rape of the Father’s mercy" is what keeps ringing in my mind. When we sin, it is taking God’s mercy and doing what we please. Without the Father’s permission we take His grace and mercy and use them to satisfy and justify the flesh. When you have a clear view of who the Father is and what He did for you on Calvary you will freely serve Him and let go of the world’s pattern.

What view do you have of the Father?

Psalm 119:9-11 How can a young man (woman) keep his ways pure? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.

In the words of a strong woman of God that I respect and admire “You need some more word… You do not have enough word in you.”-PG-

We need some more word. We need to meditate on the word day and night. Not just any word but a word concerning the sin, the question, the issues that we have in our life. We have to grab a hold of the word concerning that issue of the flesh and kill the flesh with the word. It is only by His word that we will we be able to stand against the ways of this world. It is only by the understanding of who the Father truly is that we will "in the view of His mercy present our body as a living sacrifice."

What is your view of God’s mercy. Is it just your ticket to sin or is it your ticket to a righteous and holy life? Watch this video and ask yourself "do I really value the sacrifice that was made for me?"

Wow I am 4.5 hours away from being 28 years old. God has truly been faithful to me. It's funny... All I have been hearing is two things. 1) God's track record with me has been perfect and 2) Every sin that I have committed has been because of my unbelief.

As I look back over the past year and even years before, I believe that God has been so perfect to me even when I was sooooo messed up. When I turned 27 God told me that he was going to complete some things in my life. He did just what He said He was going to do!

I just finish writing a list of 10 things that I want God to help me with this year. At the top of that list is "help me trust again." Not just my trust in Him but in people. I want to trust that someone can actually love me. I want to trust that I do not have be perfect in everything and my mess ups are really alright. I want to trust that I am out of the box that I built up to protect myself over the years. I want to trust that it's okay to let people into my heart again.

Luke 12:7- Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

I want this year of my life to full of faith! I do not want to fear anymore and that requires me truly embrace the love of the Father 1st.

The next thing on my list is help people by my blog and my the gifts that God has given me.

So I start by this Blog. If you struggle with your self-worth and trusting in the Father. Know that God cares. When no one understands and you still find yourself struggling. I say let your prayer be...

Father it's me again. I ask you to help my unbelief. My head is telling me that you love me but heart is saying that I have made too many mistakes. Let your word get out of my head and into my heart. Let me trust you more! Let me meditate on your word and not just read it. Let the words become reality to me! Let the eyes of my heart be opened to the hope of knowing you more and more! Thank you for loving me and being patience with me Father. To rely on myself is dangerous so let my self worth not be in me but in you. Let me not think more of myself than I ought but with sober judgement, in accordance with the measure of faith that you have given to me (Roman 12:3) Increase my FAITH in you LORD!

Remember God's track record is perfect and every sin that you have and will commit will be because you do not trust His faithfulness!

Spilt Milk

On this morning its 8:20am and I realize that my daughter did not do her practice test for homework on last night. It’s 8:20am we need to be out of the house by 8:30am and she is begging me for a cup of cereal and the homework is still not done.

So, I placed the cereal and milk in a plastic cup. She sits at the table with her practice test and a pencil as I call out the words.

Then splash! In a effort to write and eat she spills her cup of cereal all over the carpet in the dining room. She immediately begins to defend herself and starts crying because she made a mistake. I stopped and looked at her and the Holy Spirit speaks “the way she is responding is how you respond to me.”

I looked at her, and I said Mary it’s okay. I let told her "I know that you did not mean to do it." I ran and got a towel and just wiped the milk off the table and cleaned the carpet. We finished the work and was off to school.

Many times we believe that God is going to beat us down for the mistakes we make in life so when we mess up we begin to cry and get defensive with God.

He reminded me this morning that in life I spill milk- I make mistakes-- but he is not like man he simply gets a towel and wipes up the mess I have I made. After he cleans up my mess, He gives me instructions on how not to make that mistake again.

Winds of the Father Blow Over Us!

Let the winds of the Father blow over your heart and your soul. Allow the Lord to come into your heart and do a new thing. Allow his power to touch your soul and make your soul line up with your spirit man.

Let the winds of the Father awaken you in 2010. He is unlocking new dreams and vision that are from his throne. He does not want you to live life aimlessly anymore. He does not want you beating the air. He wants you to be effective in 2010. He wants you not to just be excited about the new thing. He wants you to experience newness and refreshing.

He is blowing on the hurt. He is blowing on the disappointment. He is blowing on the rejection. He is blowing on that marriage. He is blowing on your children. He is blowing on your weariness. He is blowing on your sickness. He is blowing on your sin!

But the harsh words, the suspicious looks, the clenched hands, and unwilling feet.

NOT the old habits that keep us in the straight way:
But the new fashions that make us unmindful of those things which hold life together in the unity of good manners.

NOT the old friends who grow more beloved each year because their worth is better apprecited:
But the new associations made from mercenary motives.

Let all blessed old things stay, but let the clutter of our heads and hearts be removed, that new inspirations and new affections may come in to gladden our lives.

More Wisdom Lord!

The Furnace is seeking God with everything we have. We as a body have decided to give God 21 days of prayer , fasting and giving. We are meeting at the ministry every night at 7pm and just letting God impart into us. It has already been a outpouring of restoration and a refilling. We have a great passion and desire to seek after God.

I have a great expectation! I have been studying the book of Proverbs. I am asking God to just pour out on me more wisdom and understanding. I have received a passion like never before to partner with the Holy Spirit. I am God’s beloved and I know that He delights in releasing the things I ask according to His will. I know I can not go wrong by asking for more wisdom and more understanding.

Many times I asked God for a heart to serve Him. I have asked God for a deeper revelation of who He is. I asked God for healing and restoration. I have asked God to help me be humble and follow instruction. I ask Him to bless my finances or bless my marriage and family. All that will come with more wisdom and understanding.

The first day I opened the book proverbs I begin to get a revelation on Solomon. You can read about Solomon in 1 Kings. The Lord appeared to Solomon during a dream and told him that he could ask for anything that he wanted and the Lord would release it. Before Solomom even made his request, I noted this about Solomon: He acknowledges the hand of God upon his life. He testifies to God of His goodness and faithfulness to his father David (who is noted to be a man after God’s own heart). He then acknowledges that he is not worthy and in the natural can not perform the task that God has trusted him with. He acknowledges his weakness, and that God still picked him.

It was out of full humility and honor for the Lord that he then ask for a discerning heart to govern the people and to be able to distinguish between right and wrong. God was pleased with Solomon’s request because Solomon's heart was in a lowly place. God released that Solomon's request and also riches and honor because He knew that Solomon could be trusted not to miss handle the riches.

If you keep reading about Solomon the word of God tells us that Solomon had a assignment to build the Lord’ temple. He was not skilled in the natural on how to do this. He asked for wisdom to rule God’s people and men and kingdoms were a blessing to him. They not only brought their natural subsrtances to assist him in building the temple but they sent skilled workers to help him build the temple. We all have a assignment in the Kingdom. Many us of look at the natural circumstances and we realize that we are young, we are unskilled, we have issues with sin and compromise. Like Solomon we must simply ask God for more wisdom and understanding. We must ask for the fear of the Lord to be our daily portion. If you noticed Solomon first recognized the hand of God upon his life and his family. The fear of Lord produces awe and reverence for the power of God operating in your life. The wisdom of God opens you up to receive instruction from your spiritual leader and the Holy Spirit. Wisdom and understanding produces discretion in your life. Wisdom saves you from the wickedness and lesser pleasures in the world. Wisdom will keep you from committing adultery against God and if you are married your spouse.

Wisdom causes you to trust the Lord and not lean on your on understanding. Wisdom can only come from the Father in heaven. You must start be acknowledging Him before you react to certain situations and people. If you acknowledge Him when sin and compromise knocks at the door, then it is easier to say "no" to those lesser pleasures.

“My son (daughter), preserve sound judgment and discernment, do not let them out of your sight; they will be life for you, an ornament to grace your neck. Then you will go on your way in safety, and your foot will not stumble;….. when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet….. For the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from beging snared.” Proverbs 3:21-26

Wherever you find yourself right now. You just have to petition the Father for more wisdom and understanding. It is through the wisdom of God and the fear of the Lord that is the beginning of understanding that will produce good fruit in your life. Lean not on your understanding any longer. Place all of your trust in the Lord and allow Him to direct you path!

Making War

This past weekend has been a launching pad for me! I was forced to face myself for real. Sometimes we get so caught up in the religious routine of being a leader, teaching, praying, and being in place at church that we forget that God is not concerned with our works. He is concern with the position of our hearts. For the past month I have felt so far from God. I was holding on to so much disappointment, resentment, hurt, and FEAR.

I was afraid of Mary getting out of control, I feared my marriage failing, I feared people and their opinion of me, I feared that I was ineffective in ministry, I feared that my leader really did not want me around, I feared the idea that my family did not understand me, I feared the expectations that everyone had of me, I feared failure. FEAR had become who I was. I did not realize how fear can come upon you so strong and cause you to walk in hatred, anger, and push you away from the people who really love you.

Over the past two months I have been crying out to God to break off all these things that were trying to kill me. I was in a place of explosion. I was feeling like no one around me really cared about me. I kept playing over in my mind every negative word that has ever been said to me. I was remembering the past and my promise that I would never allow a man to hurt me again. Fear birthed suspicion. Suspicion birthed jealousy and jealousy birthed a spirit of Cain.

Please realize that this all started off as hurt and the hurt turned into iniquity. That Iniquity turned into anger and frustration. The Frustration caused me to go into protection mode. Protection mode is another word for Fear. When you begin to walk in fear you are forfeiting your right to your inheritance.

2 Tim states “For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (fear), but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.”

When I was operating in fear, I was not walking in love, power, and self-discipline. Some versions say "sound mind" and I was not walking in a "sound mind" and therefore my decisions were not sound. The moment that I started walking in fear and the love left and I lost contact with my savior.

1 John 4:8 “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”

So God brought me to a place were I could not go any further than the place of repentance. So Saturday I found myself elevating my heart above my head. The spirit of fear had to die! God is allowing us to bring our heart to Him and he is allowing things to surface so that you can deal with the true position of Heart. God is not concerned with your works but He is concerned with you heart! Revival starts with conviction and Repentance. When you are convicted (not condemed) you know it’s nothing that you can do in your own strength. Remember that repentance brings blessing. I have a weight lifted off my shoulders. I not only confessed to the Father but the Father forced me to expose myself to everyone in leadership that morning. I allowed the light of truth to shine on the darkest places of my heart. That light exposed every lie that the enemy was trying to get me to believe. Now the enemy has no rights to my heart.

I urge you to let go and let God. I know you have heard that before. But we have to get to a place where we realize that we sin against no one else but God. When we are angry and hurt and disappointed , God is bigger. When someone lets us down, God is bigger, When we have expectations that are not met, God’s thought are higher! We have to stop letting words, issues, situations and people keep us from knowing God.

I leave you with this 2 Cor 13:3 (Message)“If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the sake to be burned as a martyr, but I don’t have love, I’ve gotten nowhere. So no matter what I say, what I believe and what I do I’m BANKRUPT without love. “

Let the love of God invade you. It’s not your leader. It’s not your mother and father. It’s not your sister and brother. It’s not your friend or foe. It’s you standing in the need of prayer and in that place of humility you will be able to push through the hurt, pain, fear, anger, and disappointment. God is bigger and His love can not operate in you when you are full of iniquity and unforgiveness.

Let it Go and Grab a hold of God! It’s too much work trying to be the one in control. It’s too much work always finding fault in someone else. It’s too much work being selfish. The Word tells us to cast our burdens on Him because His burden is light. Cast down every vain imagination that exalts itself higher than God. Get your mind steadfast on the Father and He will keep you in perfect peace. In all things acknowledge God and He will direct your path. WWJD …… He would draw the line in the sand and say to you cast the first stone.

I urge you to enter in 2010 baggage free! It’s some people that you need to forgive for real. It’s some repentance that you need to do. It’s some things that we have to give up and PRIDE is one of them! God is not the author of confusion and where there is division and confusion that is not God. That is the enemy.

I know this post is long but God just wants us to draw close to Him. He wants us to know Him and without true Love we do not know Him. I got to know Him! How about you?

Repentance Brings Blessing

God has been faithful! His faithfulness has not depended on our ability to get everything right. He has shown us His grace and mercy even when we did not deserve it. We have taken His grace for granted. God is giving us the opportunity to get it right! Repent, Dust yourself off and begin to fight the good fight of faith.

Get back in the game people! Return to the Lord although you have falling by your iniquity. (Hosea 14) We have been driven away by our own sinful desires. There is no temptation that can come upon us that is not common to man. That means that the temptation that we face is common in this age, but we can only be tempted by what we desire. My Pastor always says for most people (normal people) you can not give them a little 5 year old and say rape them. That is sick! We would kill the person who tried to get us to do it. So when you are tempted, it's because in your heart you desire that sin.

God is saying "open up the doors of your heart and allow Me to come and purify you." Allow God to bless you. You have to embrace the GREATER pleasures of serving the Father. It's time to set aside the weight of sin and take hold of the Father's grace and tender kindness. His yoke is easy and His burden is light!

Turn to the Lord with all your heart with fasting, weeping and mourning. Give Him your heart and not your works, not your good idea, not your opinions, and not your lip service. He desires your heart. Give him your heart and He will be gracious to you. When you return to the Lord you will experience his mercy. (Joel 2)

You met me this morning in that secret place and I was able to make love to you there. We laughed and we cried. You shared with me your deepest concerns, and I touched you and that concern went away. I love it when you let me into the deep places of your heart. I love it when just rest in my arms.

As I kissed you today I released endurance to stand against your enemy. As I held your hands I released healing and prosperity. As I rubbed your head I released a peace and I washed away the memories of yesterday. As I massaged your back I released strength to stand. As I rubbed your feet I anointed them with oil and I released the ability to run your race.

The word tell us that Jesus Christ came and died so that we may have life and have it MORE abundantly. I speak to the nation to LIVE!

We must embrace the word of God and allow the word to be the final say. We do not live by bread alone but by EVERY WORD that proceeds from the mouth of the Father. (That is the word of God)

So I encourage you to get up this morning arm yourself with the word and go on living. DO not be distracted, do not worry, do not be dismayed BUT have a renewed and steadfast spirit. Believe that God is not like man. His thoughts are not like our thoughts, His ways are soooo not like our ways. What you did on yesterday is gone! Today is a new day. Humble yourself before the throne of God and know that the Beloved desires you to come unto Him. Come to Him undone so that you can see and KNOW His hand in your life!

He is breaking the strongholds.. He is the hope to the hopeless… He is healing…. He is redeeming.. He pouring His love upon you.. He is holding you tight underneath His wings.
Ez 16:6 --- Then (Jesus) passed by you and saw you kicking about your blood, and as you lay there in your blood (He) said to you, “Live!”

I am sitting at IHOP the International House of Prayer in Kansas City with my hubby. We are on our honeymoon. We have been here for three days. God has really been speaking to me concerning embracing the NEW and letting go of all the things of the past. Restoration is what I keep hearing. God has shifted many of us to a new place but enemy tries to remind us of the past so that we can not see the new shift that has taken place.

God is saying that I have given you beauty for ashes. That old is gone and behold I have done a new thing. The Promise of Restoration is what God is releasing NOW!

Jer 33:3 "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know"

Call on the Lord in this season and He will answer you and show you things that you do not know. He will pull out gifts in you that you did not even know existed. He will pull out of you the deep desires of your heart that you had forgotten about. The desires of your heart that life tried to wipe out are the desires that He is bringing back. DREAM again! There are promises in your life that have not yet been fulfilled. Cling to the promises of the Lord and do not let go until every promise is fulfilled. Remember that every good and perfect gift comes from the Lord!

Someone thought you were dead. Someone saw dead bones but God saw you as a member of His last day army! ARISE and walk out the promises of the Lord.

Lift your hands now and cry out "JESUS be gloried in my life. I turn to you oh Lord! Here is my life and it belongs to you. I surrender Lord. My desire is to please you in all that I do. When people look at me let them see you. Let your word run in my life and let it run swiftly, let your word be gloried in my life. Lord I turn my eyes to you and I praise you for your mercy. Thank you Lord for coming to me while I was dead in my transgressions and you gave me new life. Your mercy endures forever. Thank you Father for calling me out. Thank you for showing me my destiny. YES Lord.. My heart and my soul says YES LORD! Continue to reveal yourself to me."

It's Worth It!

WOW! I just wanted to share with everyone the faithfulness of my daddy.

In 2003 I gave my life, my mind and my body to the Father. I did not know everything but I knew that my life was headed down hill. Since January of 2004 I made a vow to the Father that the next man I have sex with would be my husband. I then took my vow to another level. I said to my daddy, "I do not even want to waste time dating". That was in 2004. Now I am 23 days and counting from becoming Mrs. Ian "Joshua" Walker. These 6 years have not always been easy. I have cried myself to sleep at night. I have kicked and screamed. I have tried to walk away but I kept finding myself back at the altar. I now realize that it is WORTH IT!

People pray for houses and cars and material things. When I got saved I knew that I did not want my daughter to ever experience "uncle so & so" or "mommy friend #1 and #2 and #3 and #4". My prayer was God I want to be married by the time I am 30 and I want Him to be a man that loves you more than he loves me. I prayed Lord let him love Mary like his own. Let her be able to look at him and see a man of God and never want to settle for less. I prayed that when I got married my house would be a place of worship. Let me tell you God gave me what I needed and more! Joshua is God sent. He is the man that God fashioned for me! He is my friend and I can not wait until August 15 when I trade in the disappointments of relationships for my promise.

On last night Pastor preached a message titled "Make Room for Your Blessing". I encourage every woman and man to prepare yourself today for what God wants to do in your life. I did not realize what I was making room for in 2003 when I walked away from a life of sin. I did not realize that when I changed my number and I turned away from friends, what I was making room for. I did not realize that when I gave up dating and sex that I was preparing for my King. YES there was and is still more preparation but please understand that the word tells us that God is able and will do MORE than we can ever imagine.

Close your eyes right now...... Imagine what you want for your life.... Imagine your marriage... Imagine your home... Imagine your children... Imagine your ministry... Imagine God using you to touch the nation... Now open you eyes and know that GOD can DO EVEN MORE THAN WHAT YOU JUST IMAGINED!

God is blessing those that have prepared themselves to receive. Start preparing yourself today for your destiny. FAITH without WORKS is DEAD! Whatever you are believing God for prepare yourself for it!

1 Chron 4:10 - Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, "Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." And God granted his request.

Jebez just did not ask God to enlarge his territory. He knew that he needed to be able to handle larger territory, so he asked for God's hand to be with him and keep him from pain. You are not alone in this NEW place. Allow God to have His hand on you so that He can process you and prepare you to walk into larger territory.

Today in this hour God is releasing new territory! Territory is your right mind, your finances, your purity, your hope and dreams, your health, your marriage, your children, your home, your car, your peace, or your ability to endure. God is saying whatever you need from Him begin to prepare yourself to receive it. Make ROOM for God to BLESS you!

Daddy wants to come in and break the wire around your heart. Life has happened and people have mishandled you. Believe me it was all in God’s plan before you were born.

Gal 1:15 “….God who set me apart from birth and called me by his grace….”

God has called us by name and has set us apart. He takes pleasure in blessing you. He takes pleasure in holding you. He takes pleasure in fighting your battles for you. He takes pleasure in your weak moments because He is able to be strong. He takes pleasure in justifying you, redeeming you, healing you, delivering you!

Let Him in. Let a love invasion begin NOW! You really have a heart of GOLD! It’s shining through the hurt. It’s shining through the pain. It’s shining through the rejection. It’s shining through the sexual immorality. It’s shining through the hate. ALL things are working together for your good.

The wire around our heart is not only keeping us from being able to give and receive love but it is blocking us from receiving Daddy’s love for us.

Jesus tells us in John 15:9 & 16 “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. NOW remain in my love…… You did not choose me but I chose you …”

It’s time to remain. It’s time to rest in the Father’s love. HE CHOSE YOU! Ask God to reveal to you the way He sees you! He will cut the wire away and you will see what He sees. He sees that your heart is pure GOLD! NOW is the time for Him to do what ONLY He is able! OPEN UP and Let His love wrap around you and draw you closer to Him.

The wages of sin is DEATH!

For the past two weeks it has been so heavy on me to intercede for our youth. From the day we got the news of the high school senior getting killed in the car accident; to getting the news of a young man shot in a near by neighborhood; to traveling to Greensboro to touch and agree with my brother Pastor E; to the very next day getting the news about one of my little brothers had been arrested on murder charges; to looking at face book today and seeing one of my little sisters partying her weekend away; to looking at my daughter and asking Lord what does life have in store for her; to looking in the mirror and saying Tiffany what next?

I keep asking myself is it worth it? Its like the more these girls hear present your body as a living sacrifice to God the more they present themselves to the devil. I keep seeing them settle for less. Then here comes the tears AGAIN! Here comes the Disappointment AGAIN! Here comes the "I think I'm pregnant AGAIN! Here comes the STD AGAIN! Here comes the I want to serve God then the next week a new boyfriend.

Come on! WAKE UP PLEASE! It's time to wage war. The enemy is playing for keeps and it's time for the people to make a choice. Which side will you be on. IT'S WAR TIME! Will you suit of for the Kingdom of light or will you suit for the kingdom of darkness.

The enemy has no new tricks. HE IS LYING TO YOU PEOPLE! You are giving up everything for these little thrills of the flesh! WAKE UP! PLEASE WAKE UP!

Romans 6:11-"In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. 12- Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires"

We are all made of the flesh. The same way that the enemy tricked Eve into giving up her "good life", he is enticing our youth. Everything that looks good & everything that feels good to the flesh is not good for the spirit. The wages that you will pay are much higher than the temporary pleasures of getting high, having sex, going to that party, drinking that beer. Now that we have come into the knowledge of who Jesus is we must count ourselves DEAD to sin. That means that the things of the world no longer moves us. We are new and old things have pasted away!

Gal 5: 16 "So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature." What would happen if we really were led by the spirit and asked ourselves "what would the holy spirit have us to do."

Jesus knows everything that you are going through- Heb 4:15 " For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who had been tempted in every way, just as we are- YET HE DID NOT SIN!"

He has been there and did not do that. He endured the same temptation that you are facing but he did NOT GIVE IN! WE need to tap into a new source. What you need is not going to be found in this world. It's time to tap into the MOST HIGH.. JESUS.

You call me fake but God calls me FAITHFUL!

How quick do we yell “crucify”! “crucify”! When we see our brother or sister “falling short of the glory of the Lord” many times we are quick to yell “crucify” and we often forget the first part of the verse that states “WE all have sinned”.

I have heard the word Fake over the past couple weeks on several occasions. It really began to disgust me. I was getting disgusted with myself. I began to see how many times I yell “crucify”.

On this morning I was speaking with one of my closest friends. She was sharing with me her frustration with people not getting over her mistakes. As we were talking the Holy Spirit dropped in my spirit “People call you Fake and I call you Faithful”. This young lady, like many young people in the body of Christ that are single, was struggling with loneliness. It the mist of her battle God was using her tremendously in her calling. People around her (including me) began to see her struggle, her disobedience, her lying, her lust and more. What some of us missed was the hand of God on her life.

The Holy Spirit spoke clearly to me- “Faithful!” Notice in this blog I will continually say WE! God smacked me this morning with this revelation! Do not get me wrong. There are hypocrites in the Body of Christ (people who heart is far from God) but I am not talking about those people. I am speaking of those people who fall short and run back to the altar crying out in repentance. God wants me to tell you He calls you FAITHFUL!

Matthew 7:3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye”

We are so guilty of walking in un-forgiveness but yet we want mercy and grace shown to us. The word of God supports us correcting one another. He supports us going to our brother and sister to help them see when they are going the wrong way. The question you must ask yourself is when you see them falling short do you forget that you too have sinned. Do you go to them out of love or is it out of hate. Do you make it the topic of your conversations with others? Do you make it the latest joke? Are you seeking to help that person get delivered or are you causing division? Dress it up all we want to, but God is not pleased! We are walking around gossiping, lying, holding on to mess and God is saying I have moved on!

I say to everyone feeling like your past or even your present struggles are causing people to reject you, they may call you Fake but God is calling you FAITHFUL! Check your word out- Noah- drunk; Moses- disobedient; David- liar, adulterous, murderer. Did not God use all of them? Okay now check your mirror- Me- liar, doubt, lust, carnality, gossip, anger, etc. (What does your list look like)

You see I love the story of the prodigal son. After the son left home to do his own thing, he finally got tied of sleeping and eating with the pigs. He decided “I need to return to my Father’s house.” When he went back home, the brother looked at him with jealousy, strife, division, & bitterness in his heart. Many of people in the body of Christ are guilty of having a heart like the bother that never left home. Your brother or sister sins are out in the open and you see the father still using them. You see the hand of the Father still on their life and you allow your heart to grow cold. The Father is looking at that son and saying I am pleased because in the mist of your hang ups and sins you returned home! You returned to the altar.

SO I say to all those that sins are the topic at the lunch table, or sins are on the front page of the news but you are still keep finding yourself in the face of the Father repenting. Ignore your jealous, unforgiving, self-righteous brother or sister that is still yelling “Crucify”! Take these word to heart. PUSH AND FORGET THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEHIND! Like Jesus they said “crucify” but God said Faithful. When it is all said and done allow yourself to be naked and unashamed. God is going to resurrect you out of the grave they dug for you! They call you Fake but the Lord calls you FAITHFUL ONE! In the mist of my mess you are still blessed. So tell your lover and haters a like…. Your opinion of me does not matter because when God is done with me….. GLORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a comfort to know the footprints

When I speak, will you hear? Many times the Holy Spirit is speaking to us, but we are not able to hear. We have to be open. We have to be in tune to the Holy Spirit when He speaks to us. We have to stay free of all the nonsense around us!

Keep your mind and heart toward heaven. The Lord wants to download information to you and He can not do it if your hard drive is full. Get rid of the junk and open up so that you hear from the Lord.

If you don’t do it then it won’t get done!
That is what I heard the Holy Spirit speaking to me. As I was sitting in Prayer the Holy Spirit had me searching the books of Psalm. I began to read Ps 139. I just began to cry out to the Father in Thanksgiving! It was so much confirmation to one of my brother’s blog. He shared a revelation he received about God wanting to be intimate with us (go to productofgrace.blogspot.com)

I was thinking about that this morning and the Holy Spirit said “I do want to talk to you more. There are things that only you can do in the earth realm for me and I need to know I can trust you. I need to know that you will follow my instruction.” It was an “Okay God" moment for me. I am reading this book titled The Happy Intercessor by Beni Johnson. She explains that our intercession is the womb that God uses to birth His will into the earth.

It is through intercession that we spend quality time with God. The word often compares God and His church to the relationship of a bride and the groom.In the COVENANT of marriage a husband and wife have sex and become intimate with one another. As a result of this intimacy, children are conceived. And thus we have walking bodies on the earth that were conceived from that time of intimacy. Yes I had a WOW moment! God wants to be intimate with us so that we can receive and give birth to his purpose in the earth.

I often say In-ti-ma-cy is "In-to-me-you-see". God wants to see into us:
Ps 139- “You have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar…… You are familiar with my ways .”

God wants to get intimate with you. He needs us to intercede and pray so that He can release dreams, vision, businesses, & movements to you. You have the womb and God wants you to give birth in this season. This generation needs men and women that will be intercessors. Those that will carry His next move in their bellies and birth it! There are things that only you can do. There are souls that only your words will set them free. There are young girls and boys waiting to hear from you.

Are you ready for this? If you don’t do it then it want get done!

A Lamp on a Stand

"If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Pastor Sherry asked, “what are you hearing when you read Mark 4:21-23.”

Mark 4: 21-22- “He said to them, “Do you bring in a lamp to put it under a bowl or a bed? Instead, don’t you put it on its stand? 22- For whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the open.”

When I received the text, I begin to look around my bedroom. The room was dark with a little light from my bedroom window. At that time I was making up the bed with that light from the window. Afterward I walked over and turned on the lamp. I look at the bed and it was a big lump in the middle of the bed. I did not see that lump with the small light from the window but the lamp lit up the room and it revealed the lump in the bed.

I thought “a lamp exposes and brings revelation”. The amplified version of this passage reads:
22[[b]Things are hidden temporarily only as a means to revelation.] For there is nothing hidden except to be revealed, nor is anything [temporarily] kept secret except in order that it may be made known.

We must search to walk in the light of the word. Revelation will come when we walk in the light of the word. Things that were hidden from us will be revealed. The mysteries will be opened up to us because we are looking at it with clarity instead under a dim light.

This reminds me of renewing the mind. When we operated in the flesh our minds were viewing life with the light being under the bowl of sin. Once we came into the “light”, things that were hidden from our natural eyes were no longer hidden. The “lumps” in our life could be seen. We began to walk in wisdom and revelation. In return we began to understand and know Jesus more!

My ears hear- Lord give me wisdom and revelation to know you better. Let the light of your word shine so that all that has been concealed and hidden may be brought out into open and disclosed.

ARISE with FIRE!

Revelations 3:2 - WAKE UP! and strengthen what remains and is about to die for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my God.

This week I have been at IHOP, The international House of Prayer. It was no big conference it was just worship and sitting in the presence of the Father. It was a time of hearing what the Lord is speaking to us! I just hear WAKE UP and strengthen what remains. Our work is unfinished. We have been in the church. We have gone through the motions. We have song on the worship team. We have been in the morning prayers. God is still speaking that our work is unfinished! The God of host is ready to open up the heavens and pour out his blessings upon us! We are in a moment of time that we must be able to hear God and obey! We must be able to be able to get in line with the Father and carry His gospel without doubt and sin! The weight of sin is what is keeping us from moving into the move of God! God is speaking so clearly! WAKE UP! We are in this world but not of the world! We are just passing through this life but we answer to a higher calling! What are you doing now that the Lord is saying LET IT GO! Revelation 3:15 tells us that He knows our deeds, that we are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! --- Which way will you GO!

You do the math. God deals with human beings as creatures made in His image and determines HIS plan for them before they are born! (Gen 25:23; Jer 1:4-5; Is 49:1-2,5; Gal 1:15)

I was sitting and just thinking about how we place so much time and effort on the way we look. How many times have you allowed someone else to place you on bondage because they say something about you weight, your hair, or your clothes? In a split second our lives can change. We could die or we could have a accident and never walk or see again. It would not matter at that point how skinny or fat you are. It would not matter how your hair is fixed. At that point the only thing that matters is your relationship with Jesus Christ. We get it twisted so often. What happens when you are so consumed with your image and your beauty that you leave the creator of your body out of the picture? God is not going to say well done my good and faithful servant because you looked good. He is not going to say depart from me because of your fat legs, fat gut, fat arms, skinny legs, big head, or stone feet. The word of God reminds us that we are His handiwork! It’s not your beauty or lack of it that He is after. It’s your heart that Jesus is after. Fear the Lord and nothing else matters.

He holds you in His HANDS!

We traveled to Virginia Beach for Throne Zone 2009. We had been saying Throne Zone or Bust for two weeks! Well the experience was mind blowing.

Thursday Night- The message was by Dr. Joseph Garlington.

Open Your Mouth and say something!

Remember your comprehension is not a prerequisite to your cooperation. You don’t have to understand the way God moves just place yourself on the position to experience the move of God. Cooperate with the Father by simply speak to the situation and decree what you want to happen. When we are worshipping God we must learn how to open our mouths and speak.

A WOW Moment- Have you ever thought about how the mind works. The left side of the brain is very logical. Left side of brain tends to go on facts. It hinders you from looking beyond the natural facts. But you right side of the brain has the capacity to overturn the left side of the brain. The right side is your creative side. You can sing yourself into freedom. You can overcome by simply opening your mouth and placing a decree into a song and you mind automatically begins to change towards the positive vs. what your logic is telling you.

God is waiting for you just give Him something to work with. He is waiting for you open your mouth up and decree what you need done. When you decree something you are saying something and God is agreeing with what you say.

To decree means to settle an issue without any doubt about it. IT’S TIME TO SAY SOMETHING!

Breaking out of PRISON

The worst prison that you can be in is the one in your own mind. Many of you may have different “Personal Prisons”. I am here to tell you that your freedom is here! The word of God says that we overcome by the word of our testimony. I share a personal testimony to the ladies dealing with rejection-

On Saturday January 31 I turned 27 years old. On a day that I should have been just excited about a new year, I was hit with a harsh reality. The reality is “what will the next years really be like if you are not free in your own mind.”

My prison is REJECTION! I began my day with acts of Love. I went and passed out gloves, scarves, and a “love note” from Heaven to the homeless community. That should of pushed me to be more grateful. I then went and prayed with a young girl from the church that has a decease that can kill her. I should have been even more grateful.

After all that by 6:00pm on my birthday I felt a huge weight of disappointment. It was not because of gifts- I actually got what I wanted. I was frustrated, I was hurt, I was feeling like what happen to nice cards with a love note from the "hubby". I wanted to spend personal time with my future "hubby". I wanted my parents to call me earlier. I wanted to be worshipped on that day. Let's be honest our minds have been trained that on my birthday people should give ME, tell ME, spend time with ME, give ME a gift this way, Wrap MY gift this way. Spend money on ME this way. We take the year that God has blessed us with and make it as if it's all about us instead of being about the creator who created us.

I found myself feeling rejected and the weight of being unthankful was weighing me down. It was a lot going on. I began to express to the Father. It’s not about the gift. It’s about I wanted a genuine hug. I wanted a genuine phone call to say I am happy you are in my life. I wanted at least a card to say the same. I began to beat myself up about being ungrateful. I began to say you don’t deserve anyone to go out of their way to say they love you.

In reality I was locking myself into a prison. I began to try to protect myself from the hurt and fear. It was a harsh reality that God’s gift of life seemed belittled by a man’s lack of words. I was placing people's love in the place that God’s love and peace should have been in.

For my birthday God was trying to give me a gift of FREEDOM by way of due process. He allowed me to see how selfish I am. Many people may not think I was expecting to much but for what God is doing in my life I cannot allow myself to place so high expectations on man that I forget that Jesus Christ is my best friend, my first husband, my mother and my father!

God did not want me to focus on the what did not take place that day. He wanted me to focus on the source of my strength, the breathe in my body, the fact that I am not in the hospital dying, the fact that I am not that homeless person needing gloves and blankets. I missed that because I locked myself into a prison called REJECTION!

By Monday it hit the surface. God spoke clearly to me in my prayer time. I have blessed you with 27 years and you will give me the next 27 days. He said I will bring you into 2- agreement with me and I will 7-complete the process I started in you in November. (that is my journey into the unknown but trusting the Father every step of the way)

Many times it’s easy to blame the depression and oppression and the feeling of being rejected on the people around us. It’s easy to say my spouse did this or that. It’s easy to say that my children do not do this or that. It’s easy to say that my parents did this to me or that. That is real easy to say, but God is saying do HARD THINGS! I wasted a whole day being concerned about why did FLESH not do something for me. It was God that gave me life 27 years ago. It is God that is keeping me together.

If you deal with rejection realize that prison you place yourself in shuts God out. You have to activate the power of God’s love in your life. If you be honest not thing is ever good enough for you because all you see is the prison walls and bars.

I’m coming out and I want the world to know! Rejection will never ruin another day for me! God processes us through different things so that we can see the need of HIS hand. We have to be completely dependent on the love of God and his word concerning us.

GUTS is not being afraid to expose your weaknesses so that others may see the hand of God. When you allow any prison to lock you up in your mind, you find yourself forgetting about God. You find yourself relying on man and not seeing the power of God. Refuse to be in any bondage in your mind. Believe the word of God and nothing can stop you. Don’t allow anything to still your worship and praise. Break out of depression and oppression. Allow God to be your first lover! Be determined to bring down that wall that keeps popping up in your mind. BE FREE TO BE YOU!

Advancing the Kingdom through His PERFECT LOVE!

The vision is coming together! It has been 7 months since God gave me the vision for GUTS. After much prayer and not despising the small beginnings, I am writing the vision and making it plain.

I would like for everyone to be in prayer as I step out and take GUTS to the high schools and the local community. I am apart of KAEC dream team and the vision for the ministry is "Advancing the Kingdom of God through acts of His perfect love."

As I pondered on the vision I thought how can the ministry that God placed in my belly advance the Kingdom through HIS perfect love. I thought how many young girls need to know that life does not end because they are pregnant? How many young girls need to know that they have a option outside of abortion? How many young girls and guys need to know that God loves them and that love is not found in SEX outside of marriage!

My plan is to team up with Life Care Pregnancy Center (http://www.lifecarenc.org/) and reach out to the young girls and guys about the Sanctity of Human Life and Marriage. WE are in a season of CHANGE! Everyone is counting on change to come from a president. I am counting on change to come from the Father. The world is facing a change in the value we place on human life, and value of marriage and family! GUTS calls the youth to take a stand and say "CHANGE is going to come when we walk in the WORD OF GOD!"

So Today is the beginning of a new things for GUTS! I am excited about 2009... "My tunnel experience is beginning and I know there is LIGHT at the END!" I have a lot going on because God has trusted me to be light and salt in this generation. As I prepare for sooooooooo much to take place in 2009. God is calling me to no longer bury my gifts and talents in the sand and just hope for a return. It's time to step out and see what the end will be.

I am sending out a call for the generation to walk in FEARLESS LOVE! FEARLESS LOVE can only come through the Perfect Love of Jesus!

My letter to the Father…….

Hey Daddy…… I am writing to have a heart to heart. It’s funny because you have a way of getting my full attention. The reality is that as long as I keep trying to do it my way I will keep hitting the brick wall.

The Father’s response…. “Yes I told you ….. – Trust in me with all your heart and lean not on your on understanding"- Ps. 3:5.

Well that is why I writing. I can not go on until I hear from you.

It’s funny because I remember you telling me that you will not put more on me than I can bear. Well you must trust me A LOT!

The Father’s response….. “Too much is given must is required. Do not become nearsighted and blind by looking at your current situation."

How have I become near sighted and blind?

The Father’s response…… “Read 2 Peter 1”

So are you telling me that I must make a effort to add to my FAITH goodness, and to GOODNESS, knowledge, and to KNOWLEDGE, self-control; and SELF-CONTROL, perseverance; and to PERSEVERANCE, godliness; and to GODLINESS, mutual affection; and to MUTUAL AFFECTION, LOVE!

Okay I get it. If I do not do the above, I will be nearsighted and blind. Worst yet I am rejecting your grace and forgetting that you have already cleansed me of my past sins.

The Father response….. “It is the sins in your life that I have already forgiven you for but you keep revisiting them. I am trying to melt the mountains in your life and you keep just telling to them to move. You can tell the mountain to move and they just move back or to the side and you still see them. It is in my presence that I will destroy the mountains in your life.”

God I need your presence to melt the mountain called fear, this mountain called rejection, this mountain called disappointment, this mountain called hurt.

Daddy I have to grab hold of your Goodness. I have to grab hold to the Knowledge of your word. I have to activate self-control and not allow my emotions to get the best of me. I have to persevere under this PRESSURE! DADDY, HELP ME! I have to have Godly character and mutual affection. I must embrace your love and walk in it. I need these mountains to MELT!

The Father’s response…. “You have to get in my presence.”

I have to stay in your presence in order for the mountain to melt? Daddy I need your presence to be so thick in my life that it melts all the mountains of despair, hurt, fear, and internal oppression. I want every mountain to begin to dissipate and eventually be completely overwhelmed.

As the mountains are overwhelmed by your presence I will have that joy I am longing for.

The Father's response.... Psalms 16:11 states that in my presence is fullness of joy. That joy is your strength to press, push and pursue.

So daddy it’s me again standing in need. I can not look at anyone else. I need you father and this my letter you.

Stepping into the unknown can sometimes be overwhelming. But the word can not lie. No matter where you find yourself right now the Lord is with you. The word of God tells us that the steps of the righteous are order by God. Life is full of dark tunnels. At times we look inside the tunnel and say I will not enter that one because of fear. That is when you step back and begin to ask God to order your steps. You have to place your trust in God. It is the Holy Spirit that whispers to you “This is the way; walk in it.”

I keep reminding myself that there is a PROCESS for everything. When ever God makes a promise he will always process you before he is able to give you the PAYOFF!

Sometimes your process may be just like entering a dark tunnel. You know that there is a beginning but you don’t always know where the end is. Will you enter the tunnel to DESTINY and trust God to show you the way?

For those like me that feel like you are in a dark tunnel and all you can do is trust GOD…. This is my prayer…….

Lord I will enter the tunnel and place all my trust in you. I do not know what the end will be but I know that your word says ALL things work together for the good of those that love you. Lord I love you. I receive your mercy on today and I praise you for your grace. Lord when I find myself wanting to give up, I will wait patiently on you. Lord please turn to me and hear my cry! GOD you are my savior. You have already proven yourself to me. You have already done so much for me. You looked beyond my sins and still loved me just the same. You are God ALONE. You have lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire. It was you Lord that set my feet on a rock. Thank you for the new song in my mouth. I place my trust in you Lord. NONE can compare to you Lord. Lord let your word be a light unto my path. I embrace to PROCESS and I will hold on to see what the END WILL BE!

Take God Out Of The Box!

Have you ever heard someone tell you to take God out of the box? This is something that I haved heard people say often. Well, have you just took it as just another "church saying"?

It sounds good to repeat but then we turn around and place God in our little boxes. It came to me today while listening to Ayiesha Woods CD that we really have to make a decision everyday not to box God in. Every time you worry- a box- every time you complain... a box.. every time you borrow money... a box.. every time you look at the situation more than God... a box.. every time you walk by someone that does not know JESUS... a box.. every time you "feel" bad and decide I rather stay at home and not trust God... a box! We place God in these little boxes and really think that we are honoring him with our weak prayers. Boxed in prayers that don't change the way we view God because we are praying from a box instead of the word. It is the word of God applied, believed, received, and WALKED OUT that removes God from the box. The box is the way you view God. The box is our mindset. The box is the position that our heart really is in.

I challenge you today to TAKE GOD OUT THE BOX! FREE YOUR MIND and TRUST FOR REAL!

Will you be like Daniel? Read Daniel 6 and Cry out to be a "Burning One". Daniel was called to do hard things. In the mist of pressure he was not moved from His faith! After being told not to pray to his God, He just went upstairs, opened the window and PRAYED HARDER!

He took a stand for righteousness! He was not moved by fear. If Daniel changed a nation because of His stand for God, what can we do now in 2008 if we say "I will be a 'Burning One' and I'm not afraid of death."

It's time to DO HARD THINGS!

Make a covenant with the Father b/c you want something GREATER

Fast to change a Nation

Fast and Pray so that God can use your life to point a nation back to God

Take a stand not to conform

We are a chosen generation and we make a decision to change the nation!

Go Low and Slow

Over the past few weeks all I heard echoing in my spirit is “Go low and slow”. I began this month with Catalyst. Catalyst 08’ was held in Georgia. All I can say is that it was truly a launching in the spirit. At the same time, all I could hear was “Go low and slow”. God is truly pulling on the heart of those who will be His “Called out Ones”. He is seeking a generation who will go before the throne of Grace. He is looking for those who will stay low. Stay on their face. Stay at the throne. Stay in a position of total surrender to God. When you are in a low place before the Father you don’t move at your own pace. You don’t get ahead of God and you don’t lag behind. Going slow means that everything you do is lead by God and not yourself. Going slow means that “you will not let go until God blesses your soul!”

So I encourage you to “Go Low and Slow”! Surrender to the call! Surrender your heart, your body, your mind and soul to the Father. You will not regret it!

Are you contending?

We have just 3 more months left in 2008. It’s like that old saying “I’ve come too far to turn back now….” God is calling for us to contend. How do you contend?

#1 is preparation. You must get in the spiritual gym. Start by praying, fasting, soaking in the presence of the Lord.

Get your mind right! You must have the right mindset. You must be focused and know what your goal is! Ask for the Holy Spirit to come in and renew your mind. Remove all failure and fear of failure.

Take the challenge. Call the devil’s bluff! Don’t just sit back and let him think that he can defeat you in this season!

Listen to your Coach! We have the best coach ….. the Holy Spirit. He will help you win the fight every time.

Lace up your shoes…. Where ever you walk you shall have it … Remember watch where your feet go!

Stay off the ropes! Don’t let the enemy keep you on the outs. Stand your ground and fight!

2008 is the year of new beginnings! If you have not experienced new beginnings it’s not too late to get what is due to you!

We must contend to know God, to see God, and to receive what He has for us!

Pray Psalm 63- and cry out “Oh God you are my God”!

The Love of the Father

In just one month God has showed me that He will not and can not lie!

WOW! This time of the year is very prophetic for me. In just one week my daughter will be 6 years old. Six years ago this time I was fighting to hold on to life. What looked good on the outside was death on the inside. I was very depressed and I was ready to give up on life. The only thing that kept me going at that time was this beautiful little girl who I now call “Mary Hannah”. When all else failed and people dropped me I had my baby.

In just five years God has reversed the enemy’s plan to kill me. On September 23, 2003 I made up in my mind to really give my life to Jesus. My daughter turned one years old that year. I vowed to God my body, my mind, and my heart. I walked away from friends and family and I began to run after God with everything in me. I knew that the love I wanted could only come from the Father and the best dad for Mary would be Jesus.

But God’s plans are so much BIGGER. It is now 2008 (The year of new beginnings). Again September is a major month in my life. On September 26th, 2008 God said to me I will give you my love in the heart of Man that will love you as I love my church. He will show you the love that I have for you. I will give you a man that will be a father and Godly example for your daughter. I will give you a KING. On September 26th, 2008 God gave me my promise….. Ian “Joshua” Walker.

It is nothing but the grace and mercy of God! The moment I released what I wanted to God and said nothing else matters if I don’t know you Lord … He released my blessing that was held up for four years. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! God you are SOOOOOOO good.

In this season of birthing God is not just moving in my personal life but most importantly in my ministry. I encourage ever young person to release your desires to the Father and run after Him. He will then be able to trust you and release His perfect will for your life.

I stand as a testimony of the Love of the Father! His love covers; His love washes; His love is fulfilling; His love never fails!

Contend to be in the perfect will of the Father! Contend to burn with a passion for the Kingdom! Contend to not let go until you get what God has for you and watch God manifest in the most prophetic ways!

I praise you Father and my prayer is that the love that you have shown to me will flow into to so many other young people across this nation.

A Personal Determination

It’s time to return to the Father. Don’t give up now! We have come too far to back down and let the enemy win!

One of my sisters in church let me hold this book by Walt Mueller. WOW! The revelation that this Man of God has about this generation is mind jarring!

Are you really listening to this generation?

The youth of this generation is speaking loud and clear. Turn on MTV, VH1, BET, or now even your local channels. As a parent when was the last time you checked your children's “My Space” or “Face Book” account”? As youth leaders who are we chatting with online? Have we opened doors for sin and compromise for the youth we are leading because of our own compromise. To everyone in the Body of Christ, when was the last time we came out of our little box, out of the four walls and explored what is grabbing the hearts and minds of the youth from God?

Walt states, “All human beings need to be heard and understood. Those needs are amplified during the critical change-filled years where teenagers are moving from the dependence of childhood to the independence of adulthood” (pg 21, Walt Mueller)

I hear this said many times and now I say it to you. This is not a lost generation but a product of a lost generation. These young people are a product of a generation that stop standing up for prayer in the school. These young people are a product of uncensored TV and Radio. These young people are a product of seeing pastors run through the women in the church but yet preach about salvation. These young people are a product of broken homes and abuse.
I am included in that generation that society calls “Generation X”. My question is who X'ed us out?

In the book Walt Mueller asked his readers "who will be there for the youth?" He refers back to Deuteronomy 6: 4-9 when God spoke through Moses to the people of Israel about their responsibility to the young among them.

In Deuteronomy 6 Moses tell the people,

Hear O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and your gates.

God’s heart is to use families and body of Christ to point young people to their divine purpose.
Let’s go back to the original question. Are you listening to this generation? As a youth leader and included in that generation that has been X'ed out, I think about the life that I am living, the places I go, the things I prefer to wear, the things I say and the way I react to sin period. I have been examining myself according to Duet 6: 4-9.

Based on the last time I checked the families in church are looking like & acting like the families in in the world. The families in the body of Christ are falling apart. As a result, the youth are growing up and turning away from God.

To be honest parents are clueless to what is going on with their children. Parents have lost their ears and the youth have lost their voice. Parents, mentors, pastors, & youth worker we must listen clearly to this generation. You may be saying I sit down and I follow up on what my children are doing. You may be even saying I know my child would never do this or that. My mother use to always tell us not the think that we have arrived or that we better because we have to pull down our pants to use the bathroom just like everyone else. That means you are not so perfect that you can not make a mistake & your children are so perfect that they can not sin.

You may have stood up in church or in the pulpit are testified about how wonderful your children are and how perfect you see them. I challenge you to listen clearly to your child. Read emails, read “my space”, read “face book”, read journals and poems and letters, sit and listen to their conversation with their friends. LISTEN to what they are really saying.

Now I know we are in time were the children run the house! (HA HA) You feel like that is their “business”. You feel like you will push them away and they won't trust you. OKAY BOO! Keep letting the devil and the world tell you how to raise your children. Remember God did not give the world your children to raise. He gave them to you and He is trusting to train them in the way they should go. Don't forgot to listen to what they are listening to on their iPods and MP3 players too.

It’s time we take a stand for the youth. We have to remove all sin out of our own lives and show our children the way to the FATHER!

It's time to break covenant with the enemy and make covenant with the Father. WE must come before God first and repent for every door that we have in our lives to sin. Close the door and seal the door with the blood of Jesus. Then we must take a stand in our homes, in our church and in our community.

As we move into one the most important time in these last days I challenge you to take a stand for something and stop falling for what looks good and sounds good. Pray FOR REAL about who needs to be elected as the next president. It's not about the color of the skin. It's about what do they stand for. I remind you we have the power as believers to overturn the laws through prayer and fasting. But what happens when we vote in a president that stands for everything against the word of God. It will effect your children. We have to stand for something! Our children are in a society where anything goes! We are helping to make the matters worst.

LISTEN to our youth and hear what they need from use! Will the REAL PARENTS, MENTORS, & PASTORS please stand up!

He LOVES you!

On yesterday I had an encounter with the Love of God. It brought me back to when I was a child. When I was hurting or in need, I would run to my mother and my father. It seemed that they had just the right touch and just right the words to say to make all my problems disappear.

Now I run to Jesus. It is the Love of Jesus that covers you. It covers all your hang ups. It covers all your mistakes. It covers when you are misunderstood. It covers when you are in need.

Let him hold you on today. Let him kiss the hurt and the pain away. Let him speak life into your spirit. Let him tell you who you are to him. Rest in his arms and trust Him. He is a man that will never lie! Depend on the words that He speaks.

Come to the Father as a child, broken and humble. When you cry out, it is His love and compassion that comes to your rescue. Embrace to Father today. Let go of everything else and embrace the Father's love.

Feeling like something is wrong or that you are out of place?

Discover your “Before Place”

On this past Sunday the youth pastor, Joshua, of our ministry delivered a powerful message entitled Transformational Anointing Trilogy: Discovering the “Before Place”. This was the third message of a series that we have been studying.

During the message Joshua used clips from the 1999 film The Matrix. It was WOW! I would like to take a moment to impart to you some truths from that message on the Transformational Anointing.

God is calling us to our “Before Place”. I challenge you to rent, or buy The Matrix. This time when you watch it, open your mind and see how different scenes relate to our transformation from the world to the kingdom.

The main character Neo represents the believer. He has been called out from the Matrix into the truth.

Jeremiah 1:5 says that “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

Okay so the question that I would like for you to ponder on is “What did God have in mind for you in your before place.”

In the movie when Neo first woke up outside of the Matrix. He went to open His eyes he stated that his eyes were hurting. The response he received was “You have never used them better.”

Just like Neo, we have never used our spiritual eyes before. We have allowed the world around us to dictate who we are, what we do, how we talk, how we dress, and how we even serve our God. It’s time to WAKE UP!

Romans 12:2 tells us “Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the RENEWING of your mind. THEN you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is--- his GOOD, PLEASING, and PERFECT will.

A WAKE UP call is going out to you. It time out for going through the motions of being a “good” Christian. God did not die on the Cross for you to be a “proclaimed” Christian. He died so that everything about you would represent Him. If you have not allowed for your mind to be renewed then you are not in the GOOD, PLEASING, and PERFECT will for your life.

He is calling you back to your first Love (read Rev. 2: 1-4). The word of God says that you must RENEW your mind. RE means to do over. That means that he already has given you what you need you in your before place. You have to check back in with Him and let Him show you the original plan that He had for your life.

Relating this back to the Matrix, Neo mind had to be unplugged from the system. Then they had to download into Him programs to help Him fight and survive while he was in the Matrix. It was a process. That is what the word of God does for us. We must unplug our mind from the world’s system and plug into the Word of God and allow a download to take place.

Duet 28:1 says “If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nation on the earth.”

It’s time out for doing it our way! We must submit to the will of Lord for our lives. When Neo was in the first Jump Program, Morpheus told Neo you have to remove all doubt, all fear and unbelief. That is what the Lord is requiring too. Remove all doubt, all fear and unbelief. Let Him be the Lord of your life so that He can show the original plan that He has for you.

1 Peter 2:1, 9 Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind ….. you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

Come out of darkness! WAKE UP! Walk in your BEFORE PLACE!

Youth with GUTS is a ministry birthed to reach the youth of today and the parents alike!

GUTS stands for Give Up The Sin.

I am challenging all "Christians" to wake up and see that the enemy is stealing, killing and destroying our children, families, ministries, marriages, friendships, and Destiny. How is he doing this? He is doing this through SIN.

I would like to inform you that there is virus on the loose. You can catch it at first touch. People dealing with this virus may not have any symptoms for days or weeks. This virus is a silent killer! It has no respect to race or gender, nor does it have respect for social class. It destroys and kills anything or anybody that it comes in contact with. The virus is not AIDS it is called SIN!

It attacks your mind, your body and your heart. You could live a normal life and never realize that you have the virus.If someone told you that you had cancer you would not reply "thanks for telling me". NO! You would be asking questions a mile a minute.

Romans 3:23 (TNIV) says that "... all have sinned; all fall short of God's glorious standard."

This is not a rare virus. That's the good thing because the word of God confirms that it is something we all deal with. The word of God also gives us instructions on how to fight off this virus.

So lets look at what you need to do to protect yourself:

1- Trust that Jesus Christ died for your sin and therefore if you believe in him, you shall not die but have everlasting life. You have to trust that Jesus is your only hope of salvation from this virus called sin.

2- Confess you sins to the father & keep your account with God short. I read this someone once and it helped me understand that on my walk in life I will make mistakes. The key is confession and repentance. Repentance means to turn away from the sin. As you become more aware of sin in your life, you will confess these sins to God so that you can have a good relationship with God. You do not want to create a grocery list of sin with the Father. This is a term I heard used before- "spiritual breathing". Every one of us must practice spiritual breathing. This means that keep your relationship with God healthy and connected.

3- Invest in a Bible and USE IT! Psalm 119: 11 says "I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you."

"The Bottom Line" is that you have to want to live. You could be walking around every day and yet dying. Allow Jesus Christ to come into your heart so that he can be your helper. God hates sin!!!! If you grow comfortable with sin it will destroy your life.

So why is this important for the Youth? Do you have GUTS to walk away from destruction? I was not born a saint and as I blog more I will share my testimony with the youth of this world. I had to come to a place in my life where nothing else mattered but life eternally with the Father!

I realize that a lot of sin is fun; otherwise so many people would not be sinning! The thing you have to realize is that it was our sin that hung Jesus to the cross.

I encourage you to watch the Passion of the Christ- Watch it & see the blows to His body and the lashes to His back. As you watch it, note that that lash and that one and yes that one..... that one.... that one.... help us Lord... that one... and that one... all of the lashes he bore was for you and I!

I love you but Jesus loves you more! That is why I say GIVE UP THE SIN!
